SHORT STORY: DO NOT GO docs Liquiors!! They're liars and thieves!!
Long STORY: I placed an order on Friday thru doodash. They had received and confirmed my order for delivery at 6:34pm. Delivery estimate time was for 7:35pm. Around 8pm, I got a text saying my order was assigned to a dasher (liquor stores generally have their own drivers). Her name was Alesha, and she also sent me a personal text saying she was picking up my order. Some time had passed so I called her directly to see how long would delivery be. She told me she had a few other people, but she would let me know soon. About 20 min later she sent a message saying it would be 1hr and 30 min. I said ok, since my family wasn't arriving til 10pm. After this, I never received a message from her. I called the store but the line was dead. I text Alesha Hicks, and asked was everything OK, and I got no reply. Then around 12, lol, I received an automated message saying the order was delivered! I have a Ring doorbell, and my front door was open because we had guest.... No order was delivered! Saturday morning, I called the store, the line was dead, so I sent a message to doorsash letting them know what happened. I, also sent another message to Alesha because at this point she was the only representative that I had talked to from Docs Liquor store. She tried to get agrgressive with me ( ALL CAPS) and said she was in an accident, the owner picked up all the orders, and it was not on her, so I better not call again..?. I let Alesha Hicks know that I just wanted the number for the owner. She tried to get smart again, so I decided not to argue with a person who clearly was an angry idiot, because why you so mad if you didn't do anything wrong. Needless to stay I still did not get a refund, so I'll be filing a report with th police on Monday.

This is legit the 3rd time I have ordered my liquor for them, through Uber Eats and the 2nd time I didn't get it.
Tonight equaling over 4.5 hours waiting. Unacceptable.

I ordered from their store using grizzly. This is not my first time. I have ordered from them 6 times before and I have NEVER had an issue. This time idk what's going on tried to call them no answer and the number in the site does not match the one on their voice-mail. Placed order 2:38 pm, order in route text at 3:09pm. ETA 3:50 4:05( note I am use to the wait because they are the only one that offers this, wait time normally between 1 hour to 1hr and 30) it has been 3 hours and no communication. If your going to use this app in your establishment work in communication.
