I placed an order on Grubhub and there were some items that the restaurant was out of. The lady who reached out to make me aware was very nice and pleasant. However, the man who kept putting me on hold for long periods of time was very RUDE and tried to RUSH me off the phone. This is my money I'm spending to support the business. How dare you try to force a cancellation on my order because the business was getting an overwhelming amount of orders. I immediately asked for the woman I spoke to and she proceeded with my order, made the necessary changes, and completed the transaction. 5 STARS to her, but to the guy, he needs to be checked for his attitude and customer service skills. Unfortunately, a poor review had to be written.
I usually order here and had no issues before in the past. I also enjoy the food. Maybe some customer service training may do some justice.

Glad I finally tried this place after being recommended a couple times. Went with two coworkers. All our food was really good. The service is what makes me want to go back.
Good breakfast or lunch spot for a quick bite.
Parking: Limited parking but I’ve always gotten a spot.

Wow! This place still going? This was a regular stop for me to get an egg sandwich and coffee as I was on my way to work at the WMRR yard on Key Highway (Now the Maryland Cruise Center) and before that it was the go to place for the guys at Railway Express on Calvert St ( Now Merritt Clubs Downtown Athletic Club) in the 60'sBoth of those places are gone now and I no longer have to work as I enjoy my retirement in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California but I still remember the excellent service, the tasty food and the great tasting coffee that would warm me up in the winter on a cold 5 AM morning break at the frigid Railway Express platform. It's good to see that some of the small pleasures are still around and hopefully making fresh meatball sandwiches' instead of accumulating ground beef for their meatloaf sandwiches. That was their slogan and signage way back in the day. "Our meatloaf is made fresh not accumulated."I hope you enjoyed my walk down memory lane.
