I placed an order on Grubhub and there were some items that the restaurant was out of. The lady who reached out to make me aware was very nice and pleasant. However, the man who kept putting me on hold for long periods of time was very RUDE and tried to RUSH me off the phone. This is my money I'm spending to support the business. How dare you try to force a cancellation on my order because the business was getting an overwhelming amount of orders. I immediately asked for the woman I spoke to and she proceeded with my order, made the necessary changes, and completed the transaction. 5 STARS to her, but to the guy, he needs to be checked for his attitude and customer service skills. Unfortunately, a poor review had to be written.
I usually order here and had no issues before in the past. I also enjoy the food. Maybe some customer service training may do some justice.

Glad I finally tried this place after being recommended a couple times. Went with two coworkers. All our food was really good. The service is what makes me want to go back. Good breakfast or lunch spot for a quick bite.
Parking: Limited parking but I’ve always gotten a spot.
