Tried to get delivery from here. After playing games about the order for nearly 2 hours, they eventually just ran off w my money. NEVER order from this Dominos. You're better off just eating nothing or getting Chinese food if that's what it come down to. No business ethic, integrity or even a sense of personal pride in one's work. Shamelessly terrible business. Honestly makes the entire Dominos franchise look bad & its a blight on the city too.

I order from here often bc my safe food is pizza. Today I really didn’t want to order bc tomorrow is thanksgiving and I hoped to be prepping my meal. Unfortunately Amazon messed up my grocery delivery and I had no choice but to order a pizza in such short notice… just to make sure I had something to eat tomorrow. Anyway, everything arrived perfect and hot… definitely exceeded my expectations.

I ordered Delivery and received just anything, I asked for square cut New York style, they cut the pizzas into regular big huge slices, 6 big huge triangle slices, we were in a hotel with no knife to cut the pizza and I had a bunch of small kids to feed, it was a nightmare, the delivery guys clothes were also very filthy. Took him about an hr to deliver, 2 pizzas and some bread. Bad experience, I would never order from there again….

Wanted pizza and it was late at night. Worst $11 I ever spent. Not only did they not get the pizza right. Once I called and explained the issue they were super rude. Called back and spoke to the manager. He was also rude too. I reached out to corporate and never got a response. They sent me an email saying that someone from the management team was supposed to be calling me about my order or at least a refund. Never got a call back. Do not go to this location the service and the food is terrible. Save your money and your time.

Literally, every time I order from there, they get something wrong. The manager Tiffany is Rude, When I call to resolve the situation, they don’t even try to. They always forget sauce and last night I ordered buffalo wings and instead they gave me dry wings with a ranch all over it. Zero competency, and zero accountability.
The delivery people don’t want to deliver. They want you to meet them outside. They stay messing up orders. Ordered pizza with xtra pepperoni and the pizza was void of any pepperoni.
Update part 1: So they gave me a credit for a the last order. The tracker has been showing prep for 30 minutes. When I called the employee told me the online tracker is malfunctioning. As soon as I got off the phone the tracker started miraculously working. Please avoid this location. I will update when I actually get the pizza.

Every single time I order sauces THEY NEVER GET DELIVERED! When I finally called to complain because this ridiculous at this point, I was told that they would send a driver with the sauces - of course I never received anything. Horrible customer service

Been going here for few years, folks go in and out of this spot (management and staff) a lot of turnover, but I never hold that against the juicy pizzas I get everytime. I guess some people order a pan made pizza and don’t add “Well Done”.. ending up with soft crusts that are not crispy. Other wanna blame the delivery. Delivery drivers face the trenches when driving thru Baltimore City roads, the pot holes when delivering can have some orders messed, therefore I can’t use this either to judge the pure quality of the pizza. This is dominos, not some fine dining restaurant where you don’t have patience is someone on the back end messes up. People be training, short staffed, so I consider that too when I write my review. I had to wait sometimes when the order was wrong, but it was fixed. Sometimes they mess my order up, I check the box in my car before driving away. Lastly, I don’t get delivery cause I am the quality control for my food.
