If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime we order from this dominos, the delivery has never been smooth. Expect to wait 2+ hours and continue to get your hopes up from the app and calling. Do better. Should be shut down ATP.

My friend ordered us food from the dominos location at Light Street in Baltimore. We ordered 3 items and never received the third. The driver told her to wait there while he went to grab the food. Instead of grabbing it, he drove off and did not give her any food. We called to give them a chance to rectify the order, however, we did not receive any help. Please do not order from this location unless you want your food to be stolen. Do not recommend at all.

I waited 2 hours and my pizza still hadn't arrived, even as I write this I have not gotten a pizza. The people there are rude barely wanted to help me with an update delivery. If I could give this place a negative 3 stars I would. Beware don’t order here. Thank you

Worst customer service. Never received the order. When we called and asked what was taking so long they lied and said there was a parade when there was none. Literally a 10 minute drive away. The man on the phone also had an attitude. I should’ve looked at the reviews before ordering.

Amazing customer service. So I ordered some pizzas and accidentally submitted no cheese on half the pizza. When it arrived, I called the store and Tyler was super helpful and kind in getting us some fresh pizzas with cheese on the whole pizza. Thank you for being so kind and patient, Tyler! Great customer service skills.

By far the worst Dominio’s pizza in Maryland , who is working today on 2/4/2026 answering the phones , needs to loose his job immediately, take long answering the phone , rude over the phone when answers and hangs up on you in mid conversation, he does not deserve a job

No way to contact delivery person. They sent them on a bike in 30 degree weather. Obviously dropping off other orders, then left in the wrong location. Instructions are there for a reason!!

Tried to get delivery from here. After playing games about the order for nearly 2 hours, they eventually just ran off w my money. NEVER order from this Dominos. You're better off just eating nothing or getting Chinese food if that's what it come down to. No business ethic, integrity or even a sense of personal pride in one's work. Shamelessly terrible business. Honestly makes the entire Dominos franchise look bad & its a blight on the city too.

A Venus

I order from here often bc my safe food is pizza. Today I really didn’t want to order bc tomorrow is thanksgiving and I hoped to be prepping my meal. Unfortunately Amazon messed up my grocery delivery and I had no choice but to order a pizza in such short notice… just to make sure I had something to eat tomorrow. Anyway, everything arrived perfect and hot… definitely exceeded my expectations.
