Delivery driver called at 7:07pm to say he was at my apartment , it took me 3 mins to get down to the front desk . The front desk lady said she seen him so he came in and did not even leave my pizza that I paid with by card! And then decides to leave! And I called him 4 times and texted twice and no answer . I called Dominos back it took them about 20 mins or so to even get In contact with him because they also said he wasn’t answering the phone for them either! Finally around 7:40 they tell me he can bring it back now and can leave it at the front desk so why didn’t he do it the first time? Seems to me as he was stealing food! I got a refund and didn’t even bother! Don’t order they will steal your food! I have a hungry child at home that now has to wait to eat again because the delivery driver couldn’t do is job and steals food!

Arrived about 15 minutes after ordering my pizza. Was told I had to wait because they messed up my toppings .waited another 15 mins just to get home and see that they gave me an under cooked floppy soft crust after I ordered WELL DONE. Had to finish baking it at home. Complete waste of time and money.

i ordered delivery in the app and the order was marked as complete… but the food never came. then, no one at the store couldve been bothered to answer the phone
Apparently I'm not the only customer this place didn't deliver food to. I ordered on 12/20, a Saturday night. Now granted, there was a Raven's game that night and it was around the time that the game was over, so I understood delivery would take time. I waited for an hour and called the store back. The young lady who took my call was ok, explaining that it was very busy and it was going to take some time for the driver to get to me. Well, I never got my order. No one called me and dumb azz Domino's has no customer service line where you can speak to a live person. I don't even understand how this store is still in business with all the complaints they have. Worst experience and I'm fighting for my refund as we speak

When you try to call the store location, nobody answers. I’m not the person that typically complains. I ordered a Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza for reference and received Somebody else’s order. if a level of management can get in contact with me to get this issue resolved.

I wanted pizza and this place was open on UberEats.. Order was taking so long despite how close the place was to me that I ended up calling the store. I had already observed on the app that it hadn’t moved from the store in quite some time so to hear “He’s on the way” on the other end of the phone added to my frustration . When It finally shows up it looks like those pizzas you let little kids make when they’re helping out with dinner. It was cut in horribly uneven portions. I asked for hand tossed and it’s definitely thin crust I was hungry and have few options so I ate it because arguing to get a refund would’ve just made my last shift of the week worse . I work overnight so there’s not many options available to me during those hours but had I known it would’ve been this bad I would’ve just been hungry or had a cold sandwich from a vending machine instead..

This is one of the few Dominos locations in Baltimore I don’t mind picking up from. Unlike others, this location has polite/helpful employees that have your order ready in 10-12 minutes most of the time. My experience has consistently been positive… no complaints at all.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is elevators and stairs. Very accessible for wheelchairs and scooters.

I need to find a better pizzeria. They've gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row now. You cannot reach anyone by phone, and I never got a response when I put in a complaint to corporate via their app. If you order here, check your order before you leave.

I just ordered online from there. I got a call at 9:52 that my food left the store for delivery. At 10:40 my food was delivered. I called the store at 10:20 Just just to get an estimate on where my food was and the manager actually got angry with me when I was questioning the amount of time that it took for my food to get there from the store and then he hung up on me, don’t ever order from here. I’m going to call corporate. I hope they shut this down.

Bri did not top my pizzas correctly then wanted to charge me for asking it to be correctly topped.
Sit down area but extremely aggressive flies swarmed me as soon as a sat down so definitely could not sit and eat there.
Shame bc its meant to be a sit down area
