Ordered food and it took 2 hours to get. When looking on the tracker, driver just stayed at store majority of time or went to do 6 other deliveries. Called the stire and was stuck on hold for 20 minutes. Food finally got here after having to wait and it was ice cold and not able to be eaten. This store needs better staffing or to be shut down permanently.

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce. Barely any sauce on the pizza. The pizza tasted like pepperoni and green peppers. Come to find out as I am eating my pizza there is a green pepper cooked into my pizza. This is beyond disgusting.

Order from here if you want to eat the gross booger pizza from the employees who do not use gloves and too lazy to wash their hands ?? and worst customer service specially the dude answering the phone on 8/6/2024 at 10:30pm very unprofessional. I ordered in the app for carryout at 11:28pm Monday night and went to pick it up and I've sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes with everybody ignoring me and nobody apparently making the pizza I ordered, doors locked.

The young lady working late was doing the damn thing, she was cooking, taking orders and filling. Stressed but friendly and handling her business. I wish I had gotten her name. She needs a promotion!!!!
I am fairly new to the area, but I have ordered from the Compass Rd location about 6 or 7 times. My order today, was not only the worst Domino's pizza I've ever had, but it was the worst pizza I have ever had. I don't know who made it, but it definitely was undercooked. I am going to take part of the blame because I should have known when it came too fast. It was disgusting and gooey and I don't think I'll be eating any pizza for awhile. Retrain whomever made that mess.

Every time I order there's a "issues" something is out or whatever. I live literally 5 mins from the location and every time they go to another with a smaller order first then drip off cold and often undercooked food. I tip every time for cold food ontop of the delivery charge you guys hit me with that goes to the driver anyway. Never again!
