I am fairly new to the area, but I have ordered from the Compass Rd location about 6 or 7 times. My order today, was not only the worst Domino's pizza I've ever had, but it was the worst pizza I have ever had. I don't know who made it, but it definitely was undercooked. I am going to take part of the blame because I should have known when it came too fast. It was disgusting and gooey and I don't think I'll be eating any pizza for awhile. Retrain whomever made that mess.

Every time I order there's a "issues" something is out or whatever. I live literally 5 mins from the location and every time they go to another with a smaller order first then drip off cold and often undercooked food. I tip every time for cold food ontop of the delivery charge you guys hit me with that goes to the driver anyway. Never again!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My family decided to give Dominos another try after so many years away. I was looking for the deal that’s been on television. That deal was not there. So, no problem. I got another deal. Our biggest complaint is the food. It’s pizza, but IT IS NOT GOOD PIZZA. The Cheese tasted fake, the sauce was too sweet and we have a family member that can eat almost anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I don’t recommend eating anything here.I AM SAYING THIS THE LAST TIME, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ?

Service was okay. Delivery time wasn’t bad. However, the Food was horrible. I ordered 50$ worth food. My order was for pizza and wings. Pizza tasted fishy. The wings were barely sauced. It honestly looks as if they opened a small packet of BBQ sauce and attempted to drizzle it on top of undercooked wings. Please look at photos closely!!! Never again. Unacceptable. I ended up throwing them in the air fryer to cook! CORPORATE PLEASE HELP THIS LOCATION OUT.

Been ordering here for years. Not sure what happened, but it seems like it's been downhill fast lately. Tonight was probably the last straw for us. Pizza arrived late enough that they per-emptively sent a "let us make it right" coupon via email. and then to add insult to injury, not only was the pizza we were handed cold... it wasn't even the pizza we had ordered.

Ordered online from Home 2 Suites in White Marsh, MD. Online order completed at 8:29. Order tracker marked ready for delivery at 8:48. Food arrived cold at 9:21. Left an instruction to bring food to my room. I was called by the driver and told I had to pick it up in the lobby. Also ordered 2 20 oz. sodas at $1.89ea. and got 1. Completed 'Order Insurance' claim, and was offered a $6 coupon for a ruined $45.00 order. NEVER AGAIN!!

Managers do what they can with no immediate boss to report to and forced to run the store with inadequate staff no gm and a new mco that's still being on boarded. The long wait times is absolutely no fault of the current staff.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. It took an hour for it to leave the store. The delivery driver then failed to deliver my order, but marked it as delivered. The manager's response was, "Well, I can make you another one, but we're really backed up and I only have two drivers," essentially letting me know that it would likely be another hour before I received a *singular* medium pepperoni pizza. I canceled my order. After approximately two hours, a driver randomly appeared at my home with a cold medium pepperoni pizza. I am uncertain if this was the original driver, as he said my name was not on his list, but he seemed genuinely apologetic (more than the manager with whom I spoke). However, I had already ordered from Pizza Hut (and received my order within 30 minutes) by this point.

Ordered pizza from them and it was horrible. Called and asked for refund or another pizza be delivered. The manager who sounded between 19-21 begins to tell me they didn't do anything different as if I'm exaggerating about receiving a horrible pizza. Nonetheless he sent new pizza that after waiting another 35 minutes the pizza came dry and poor standard. Rest assured that was my last time supporting this Domino's. Their staff need proper training especially their leaders, it's a disgrace on the brand.

Ordered from here twice, the first time we had to go pick up as we were told we’d be waiting two hours for delivery, an hour after we ordered. Months later, we just ordered again and again after an hour of waiting we called and they said it’d be 45 more mins until it would be delivered and that we could come pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous, i couldn’t more strongly recommend staying away from this location.

Called to place a order apparently the guy took down my address wrong even after i spelled it out for him got message updates that the driver had arrived & Nothing called to inquire about my order all they could say was the food was taken to the wrong address we can remake it for you but itll be a while you have to wait again we also only have one driver i even asked if they would at least give me the two drinks for free for having to wait another hour they said no smh trash business*update waited another hour food never came even after I called them back up said the driver should be on his way it was 11:30 they close at 12 guess they never planned on sending the food just shows what kind of trash people work & run that place
