If I could give this place a 0 I would. We use the app so it directs us to this store on lombard st. The pizza is nevee cooked all the way through and the driver is slow. The only driver I had that has been ok was Cecelia. My order said it was delivered but it didnt arrive so we called the store and they hung up on us. One time we called they didnt know they didn't hang up. The words that was used to speak about a costumer who wanted to be sure their food was still coming is crazy. After calling for an hour the pizza finally came. I wish they would just shut them down and its dirty on the inside. Thats another whole different experience. The points cool and all but to be honest customer service sucks.

Absolutely not. I’ve ordered from here 3 times. Each and every time there was “an issue” and after 2 HOURS my order was cancelled. This time they kept hanging up on me instead of explaining themselves. I called from my friend’s phone and suggested I just go meet the delivery driver at his location. Highly inappropriate. I understand staffing can be hard but it is a consistent problem at this place. Also this time I had my nephews. I ordered dinner at 6pm. At 8 pm they cancelled and then I had to get something quickly. The professionalism is absolutely horrendous.

They messed up my order. Said they would fix it and re-deliver the correct order. I waited for them to re-deliver my food. Called after 40 mins. They said the delivery guy was on his way. 1 minute later they call me back and said my order was cancelled and they are refunding my money. So I waited about 2 hours for my dinner, only for them to cancel the order. No apology whatsoever about the inconvenience or unprofessionalism. I will never order from here again.

No customer service at all music playing loud.
