The pizza took over hour and half to get to me. Then when it arrived it was burnt and of course cold. I called and complained and the man said I would see a refund never got it. So I followed up on it and that manager said I never got a delivery. How ironic. I even took a picture of it

The pizza never was delivered I tracked the driver via the app see that he went back to the store. I called but n ver had answered
So I decide to jump in my car and go get myself to the store because the nobody answer my phone call and keep saying that the pizza Was delivery on the app. When I got the pizza it was already cold.

Charged me again on an order that has already been paid. Phone has the most infuriating to listen to hold message (after the 30th cycle of hearing cheese on cheese I wanted to end it). Will definitely avoid this location in the future.

Ordered at 437p and it never got delivered. Called 3x being told it was busy but being made and delivered. Arrived at the store at 907p to 3 employees standing around laughing and talking. My order is on the shelf cold and the manager tells me it'll take a while to remake. Wish I saw the two stars before I ordered but I'll never make that mistake again!

Tony was beyond amazing! It was super busy on a Ravens game football Sunday and he was so great in the situation. There were too many orders all at once when the ravens game ended and it created a back log in orders. He was very compassionate for his customers and went above and beyond to deal with a few iterated customers (I wish I could be that calm and collected, it was impressive). TONY has such a positive energy and he deserves a promotion!

Placed an order for two pies, and over 90 minutes later the order still hasnât been delivered. This isnât the first time this store has been way late in making and delivering. Just an absolute clown show.

Not delivery, I ordered to pick I gave plenty time to have my order ready.
When I picked up my order they only gave one item correct everything else was someone elseâs order, I asked the person three times if that was my order because I paid $53 dollars and he responded rudely instead of double check if my order was correct and the end there was no wings I ordered 32 pieces and when I looked at my order in my car outside the store there was not wings he asked for my receipt and said that to give him 8 more minutes so they can do my wings.
I think this ppl should be fired because if they cannot handle one simple order they shouldnât be working at this place.
They should be fired so they can have enough time to play with their phones.

Placed an order for 7 pizzas with a generous heads up about the delivery time. They cancelled my order via email and then wouldnât pick up the phone when I called. Papa Johnâs got my 200$ and will for now on out. They picked up the phone and caredâŠ.. good luck keeping this franchise around

We placed a delivery order online, only to get a call saying they were too busy to deliver. After a lot of back-and-forth to switch it to pickup (the person on the phone sounded frustrated and overwhelmed), we finally canceled and placed a new order for pickup. Unfortunately, the order was completely wrongânot a single pizza matched what we ordered. On top of that, there were no packets of cheese or crushed red peppers.
It honestly felt like they just couldnât handle a normal lunch crowd. We only ordered three pizzas! Yikes. In the end, the only part of this experience that went smoothly was the âdeliveryââbecause my friend picked it up.

Close this Dominos ASAP. No service, pizza took 2 hours to bake according to the tracker and was never delivered. They do not answer the phone to help.
