Delivery took 4 hours. I tried canceling the order after 90 minutes but no one would pick up the phone. Driver ended up showing up at my door at 11 pm, waking my husband and I up.

Do not order from this place they will mess your order up and not replace they take long with delivery and when you do get your food it be cold and they don’t even try to replace it I will have this place shut down !!

I placed a order for delivery and my order was cancelled because i ordered online and not on the app after calling numerous times before my call was answered. No one from customer service has yet to follow up with me on this.

The food arrived cold. All of the Pizzas I ordered, the hot wings, and the boneless chicken, was cold. All of the food needed to be reheated. I also asked for extra cheese on the pizza and didn’t get it. I won’t order from this location again. TERRIBLE service!

They don’t answer. Tried calling 4 times to cancel order. They don’t have enough people working so of course things were slow. Waited 2 hours for food.

This Domino's is a mess all of the time. Unfortunately it is the only one close to me. They rarely deliver. You have to do pickup and then, they claimed they do not offer curbside pickup . They almost never answer the phone. The food is good. But other than that customer service and convenience sucks. People that answers the phone are extremely rude. They need to roatate everyone at this location. Horrible!!!

Placed order was then called 20 mins later and told my order had to be canceled because they didn't have enough staff not to mention called 4 times and never picked up but called back to cancel online ordertried to order few weeks later and called online and phone system stated was accepting delivery associate picks up I would like to place a delivery order we are currently only accepting pick-up I'm waiting on my boss to turn the delivery off and was rude

They keep canceling my online orders and they never answer their phones… food is made sloppy with toppings I didn’t order when they finally do answer ?

Online ordering said it would be 20-30 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I arrived 35 minutes later only to find out that my order was not ready and would not be ready for at least another 30 -60 minutes. THey could not be more specific than that. I asked if they could call me when it was ready and they refused. They said the only thing I could do was just to come back in 30 minutes. They didn't even offer me the phone number for the store to call in, they just insisted I needed to physically come back in. Lesson learned.

They said they delivered my food and never did. I tried calling them all night and they would not answer. WORST DOMINOS EVER!Ps if you’re wondering no I did not get my money back.

Terrible customer service. I’ve had multiple issues with this locations starting with undercooked pizza to it looking like it fell.Delivery time is never accurate, plan to wait much longer. I recommend choosing a different location

Terrible customer service. You order online and it’s a guessing game, if you’ll receive it. Not sure if it’s a local store issue or corporate, online orders get processed even if no one is there or no delivery drivers - and the store does not inform you either. You have to track them down - hot mess! They are the worse!

I ordered a pizza online. Literally an hour before they close. They took my money, but they just didn't bring me a pizza...I don't know how much worse customer service can get but I think that's called stealing?...
