ordered food for my kids 2 whole hours ago and tracker show they haven't even started making it yet. horrible kids hungry and when you call they hangup on you...Called at least a dozen times and they pickup then hang up.....horrible... my kids will be sleep by the time it comes. how can I get a refund if there is no customer service. this franchise make the whole company look bad. never again.
Steadily declining customer service... Love the pizza, but it's getting harder & harder to support poor customer service!
