Customer service is terrible. Pizza sauce was not what was ordered. Ordered an extra topping, did not get. Ordered sauces, did not get. These items were paid for and not delivered. We will not be ordering with them again.

My family usually orders from this location, but I won't be doing that any longer. I placed an order at 9:50 pm and it wasn't received until 11:45pm. Multiple attempts were made to get an estimated delivery time without much success. The ONLY time I received help was a full 32 minutes before my food arrived. The person who answered was short handed with an annoyed tone to my questions. It was really disappointing considering I patron this location often. Also my food was cold. Definitely reconsider before spending your hard earned money.

If I could give a zero, I would!! Food came with cheese and minimal on every other slice. We paid for EXTRA CHEESE. I called immediately after receiving the food and ask to speak with a manager and was told he would take a message and tell the manager. Then when I asked again he said “ he’s busy”.. I advised that I would go up the ladder if need be. Anther guy gets on the phone and says he’s the mgr. I asked his name and he said they’re not allowed to give their names. 1st sing of bs and no customer service l. He proceeded to say what do you need? I explain that I asked for NY Style pizza w/extra cheese and I did not receive that. I explained that the entire middle of the pizza had no cheese. He says, “ is that all you called about is missing cheese?” I responded stating yes, because that means I’m paying extra for what I did not receive. He then goes o n the make light of it.. I will be taking this further.. You don’t treat paying customers who can choose from a pleather of other places but chose your establishment..

This dominos is the worst. Our first experience, they got my boyfriend’s Alfredo wrong and added ingredients that we didn’t ask for and got the pizza order wrong but we still decided to give this dominos another try. On 01/11/24, we order pizza, Alfredo and wings. The wings were so tiny, literally only a bite or two of meat. The pizza was overly saucy, more tomato sauce than CHEESE! and cut into very small, uneven slices. Will not return.

Took almost 2 hours to arrive, made us wait on hold forever when we called to check on it (the website said the order was delivered when it wasn't). Pizza was okay, sauce on chicken was burnt and stuck to the paper.

I ordered a 14" NY crust well done pep/xchs/xblk olive on 12 Dec. It looked gorgeous, arrived quickly* and steaming hot. The only issue with arriving quickly.... *it wasnt well done (and seemed to be swimming in sauce) it was way to soft, it fell apart when I tried to pick up, and folding a slice was not an option. Why do all pizza places prioritize speed over getting the order correct? Im aware "well done" means it will take a few mins more and accept that fact. I like my crust more done than the "wonder bread" level crusts I normally get make me sad. for $30+ at a chain pizza joint is bad enough, paying that much and not getting what you wanted.... I would have been happier with a $10 Tombstone. Lesson learned

Food was really bad; I got 2 slices of "pizza" that had no sauce, no cheese, and no toppings. Whoever made that was probably high. Service was not pleasant in the slightest; person taking my order was visibly annoyed with having to interact with other humans.
