Undercooked pizza even after ordering well done, filed a complaint with corporate, pizza was amazing for a week or two now being undercooked again

Even though it was just a call📞 to let me know Dominos was backed up with orders, and my order was on it's way.... It's the principal that <(CJ)> took the responsibility upon himself to take care of any issues head on, instead of it being the driver's problem. Thanks Dominos we need more people like (CJ)!👍

Hands down the worst delivery from dominos I’ve ever received. Buffalo Wings were under cooks and had a very light drizzle off sauce . Toppings for my half and half pizza were not even at all . I’m not sure if it was bc it was night shift but I called and waited 15 mins and still got no answer . Highly disappointed

This visit was a pick-up order! Order was ready when I got there. Customer service was great had a gift card for pizza and she took care of it. Will go there again, especially for the cheese bread! Thanks Domino's!

Ordered a few pies for a school and it was burnt and DRY! Just bread, little sauce or cheese! Just crazy as this was the second time this had happened.
Super bad delivery service...bad bad the delivery the delivery and they never answer the phone at the store literally never...they are no good and after that they came one day and stole my change...one day they still my change...they need to make a change urgent employees

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Ordered a free pizza to only have my order deleted and my coupon disappear. Customer questions/complaints ignored by company. Awful customer service.

They are the worst they don't answer the phone then bought my order 2 hours late so that means the pizza was cold I was willing to heat it up but the manager was on the phone with driver and he was nasty all I wanted was a discount the nasty manager said she either want it not.
