Domino’s Pizza (Old Emmorton Rd) Some of the pizzas lacked cheese covering all areas of the pizzas we purchased. That should never happen. The pizzas we order were fresh and delicious. We ordered 3 medium pizzas (cheese, stuffed crust w/pepperoni, & pepperoni, mushroom, green peppers, onions). The cheese bread was hot and tasty.

I ordered my pizza online and followed it on the pizza tracker. I love that they have a great selection of toppings for veggie pizzas which I got. I went in and picked up.my pizza. It was good and had all my toppings. A great deal and price $9.99 including up to 7 toppings. I added the garlic breads too for $2.99 which are always yummy 😋.
Have been calling this Rosedale store for 2 days and never answer something has happened to this store no management and employees are running a muck or just plain lazy I think both I've always received hot food and could talk to a person not anymore should not happen on a Tuesday and Wednesday we'll go to Pat's next door SEE YA

Absolutely unbelievable! I placed an order for delivery @8:45 and it’s currently 11:26. Of which, I called 2x, the 1st time he’s in his way, the 2nd time I was left on hold. I arrive @Dominos and the Mgr tells me there was no answer @my location! LIES! Then he tells me to wait until he can get to me while he’s making pizzas!!!! Seriously!! After he finally makes time to listen to me he tells me he’ll remake my order & give me a refund. Ok that’s fine…. But, the business/mgr etiquette Jordan displayed was not acceptable. I suppose everyone is developing Trumps business behaviors. I will NOT be ordering anything from this Dominos again!

I placed my order on line and spent over $30. I specifically checked to not have my pizza cut, which was an option. When I arrived and looked in the boxes, both of my pizzas were cut. The guy working looked at the receipt and offered to redo them, which would take 5 minutes he said. Needless to day, it didn't take 5 mines and he rushed my half done pizzas to me. Barely any toppings and no offer to comp some of the bill or provide a free item for my inconvenience.

I would rate this store a 0 if I could. Not only do they constantly make a pizza wrong by not adding garlic (their speacilty) to a handmade pan pizza , but their manager whose name is Jordan, will argue with you and only offer a coupon to make It right. He will also tell you that you’ve never complained before and try arguing that the pizza is not often made wrong. Dude has no customer care skills at all and not quite sure why he is a manager. He also cut me off anytime I tried to speak & was just straight up rude. Now my 3 kids and I are re heating a pizza that they squirted garlic on top off, I came home and brushed It across the pizza myself. Ive spent a lot of money at this location over the past years , all I wanted was a fresh, properly made pizza and instead I had to do their job for them. Jordan needs to be fired !!!
