I wish I could give day crew 5 stars and night crew 2. Night crew is incredibly stingy on toppings. When I pay for extra beef, I expect more than 3 beef crumbles on each slice. Also when I order any extras from Night crew, I don't get them. Luckily corporate makes it right by giving a free Medium 2-topping when I complain, but I really want to dip my skimpy pizza in ranch sauce to try to save it. But no, because I ordered at night, no toppings, no dip, no soda. However, Day crew gets it right every time!! Pizza is cooked to perfection, I get all the toppings, sauces, and sodas I paid for. They also have impeccably fast delivery, but that could be due to traffic, I suppose. Anyway, shout out to Day Crew. They could teach Night Crew a thing or 2. When I need pizza at night, I'll holla at the Hampden store.

I've always ordered from Domino's but this was the first time ordering from this location. Parking is horrible. The pizza was so bad! I had better grocery store pizzas. The pizza had so many bubbles in it, barely sauce, barely cheese. Were they running low on ingredients?? This was the worse pizza ever! It I think the young guy that was working was doing the best he could.

Skyler the manager is the best! I give her 1000 5⭐️ emoji’s. She has the best personality and positive energy and that is worth a thousand. I love her customer service best location in Baltimore Maryland!

These people don't care. Took three hours for my pizza to be delivered and they didn't even hand it to me or call. They left it on the ground. Now they won't answer their phone so I guess I gotta go there in person. This isn't the first time either.

Ordered food that never arrived. Unable to request a refund because the store continually put me on hold or hung up the phone.

The worst possible customer service in my entire life. Placed an order at 7PM. At 8PM a delivery guy came with the wrong order. So he said he will call Dominos and order again for me and will come with the right order. 30 minutes later called Dominos to confirm that it was being made, they had no idea about it. Put me on hold for 30 minutes and then said its on the way, without ever confirming what the order was and just hung up. Half an hour later no pizzas still. Called again, again no idea what is happening, put on hold for another 30 minutes. And never came back. And after that stopped answering phone completely. This Domino should be closed and the people that are working here on 02/25/26 should be fired, because they sure have no idea how to work and don't even care to begin with.

I never got my pizza. I bought 4 pizzas for $60.32 yet never got it. My party guests left starving. I want a refund.

I never do food reviews, but please do not choose the delivery option. They take over 2 hours to deliver. An put my pizza on the steps and drove off, after I was told she would call. My pizza was cold and one was not delivered.

I guess I should have never tried ordering from this location. They said my food was on the way at 12:23PM, It is now 1:13 and I still dont have my food. Worst part is on the tracker the driver has been at the same place for the last 20 minutes circling the block and no where near my delivery address. Very frustrating. Worst part is when you call the store they have phone issues. Why should I pay over $90 dollars for cold food. The driver is sitting chilling somewhere, car is not moving.

Tore the pizza up yes I did but I’m lowering my stars cause for one I wasn’t greeted the had a worker out front smoking a cigarette didn’t wash his hands or nothing and than it’s another girl in there with piercings she’s never helpful and always got a nasty attitude she needs to rethink her career choices due to her behavior
