Came in last night and they were apparently swamped with orders. They got my food quickly as they could. Shout out to the young man that attended me and the older women making the pizzas in the back. It looked chaotic but they were getting things done! Thank You! We appreciate you!

They always cancel the order or put completed and do not deliver the order

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order in advance (a day before, online) for the following evening. I called 8 times that morning to confirm the order was received and nobody answered the phone. I went to the location that same morning to confirm they received it and I was assured that it was and would be delivered on time. Sidenote - I called their phone while I was there just to see if the phones worked…..they did. They were purposely not being answered.
Fast forward, to that evening. The delivery time comes and goes and no pizza. I call numerous to no answer. I go to the location to see if the pizzas have left yet and they weren’t even prepared lol. Numerous employees standing around but yet nobody could answer the phone OR make a delivery on time??? Save yourself the headache and inconvenience, and order from Bella Roma’s nearby.

Clean but need help to run it or close it down. No1 has any professionalism. They all having personal conversations and interactions instead of working. Won’t be order from night shift again!

Horrible service. They brought the wrong soda and the food was cold. The delivery driver gave me attitude about him bringing me the wrong soda. Tried calling the store several times and could not get through to anyone. I don’t drive so I ended up getting an uber to go in and talk to the manager. Never ordering from this store again

Second time we’ve ordered and it’s been stuck on making for two hours. Waiting for two hours for FAST FOOD pizza is absolutely ridiculous. WE JUST WENT THERE AND AFTER TWO HOURS THEY HAVENT EVEN MADE THE PIZZAS. ABSOLUTE JOKE, NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

If they actually ever deliver the food it is actually good. Good luck though actually getting your food within 2 hours from delivery.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I was waiting for over 45 minutes for the food because the store staff claimed the address that was input on the order was not correct. When in reality, they gave their driver the wrong address. So the driver ends up somewhere in Towson when the store is 1 mile from my campus. I have the order confirmation! The order was scheduled hours in advance to be delivered at 4:45 pm. So I go outside to the gate to meet the driver. I check the tracker, the predicted delivery time changed to 4:55-4:56pm.
At 5, I try calling the store because now the tracker says the order was delivered. Then, after 2 minutes of ringing, the call automatically disconnects. I call again, no luck. Finally, the store calls me after 15 minutes of waiting saying that the “driver can’t find” me. Meanwhile I’ve been standing in the same spot for over 10 minutes at this point. This is when they realize they have the wrong address. Then the driver calls me, I give him the address, he says he’s on his way. Calls back 4 minutes later asking for the address again. I give it to him. Wait another 15 minutes, call the driver back and he says he’s 4 minutes away.
At this point I decided to call the store to request a refund because now it’s been over 30 minutes. So, I call the store 9 TIMES. On the 10th time, finally, someone picks up. The lady who answered the phone told me my order didn’t even exist after providing the order number. Then suddenly she remembers the order when I repeat the address 3 times as I try to explain how long I’ve been waiting and that the driver is nowhere in sight. I continue explaining why I am requesting a refund, the woman says she won’t do that but she can cancel the order and that will give me the refund. Then she hangs up. When trying to call the driver back, he lets the phone go to voicemail 4 times. Then blocks my number. So no food for a campus event that was supposed to start at 6pm.
Anyway, I’m currently waiting on the corporate line to report this crap store.
Walked in today and was immediately met with a horrible attitude by the older Black lady in the front. Wish she was a lot more pleasant. Hopefully she's a lot more happier next time!

I have been going to the Falls Rd location for a couple years now and it has changed. Service has not been great at all. I ordered pizza in the morning so that I could pick it up on the way home. They didn't have the ingredients and didn't call until I was in my was there. I guess customer service doesn't mean the same now.

Every time I call they never answer and when they do it takes multiple minutes to answer the phone, one time I called and had to call back due to no answer and they picked up the phone and hung up in my face. Another time I requested to change my order from pickup to delivery, I had to call multiple times and their driver ended up not even dropping off the pizza so it had to be remade. TERRIBLE service.

The delivery service in this store is extremely horrible. I ordered online with delivery fee paid. The driver rudely asked me for tips but he did not even hand the delivery to me. I told him I would add the tips as my wish. He insisted that he would add the tips. This is an extremely terrible experience and I do not want to consume any product in Domino’s Pizza with such poor service.
