The delivery service in this store is extremely horrible. I ordered online with delivery fee paid. The driver rudely asked me for tips but he did not even hand the delivery to me. I told him I would add the tips as my wish. He insisted that he would add the tips. This is an extremely terrible experience and I do not want to consume any product in Domino’s Pizza with such poor service.

The food was done faster than expected. This is not what I expected to receive it’s completely unacceptable. I ordered wings and they were served in a medium pizza box. There was no acceptable amount of sauce for the wings and also there was no sauce that I requested ! I would just like a refund and my time back. Don’t waste your time.

Keon appeared to be the only person in the store working. Still he managed to give me great service. He assisted me with placing my order, handmade my pizza to perfection and walked it to my car. Kudos Keon this guy deserves A RAISE he is literally a one man band, big ups to him on my delicious pizza.THANKS KEON !

I keep getting hung up on every time I call the store. They answered once and just walked away. Then I called back and they don’t answer the phone

Do not order delivery from here. They will let your food sit for 45 minutes and then deliver it cold, soggy and gross. Happens to me twice now. Don’t waste your money.

These happened in a span of 3 months and we tried hard as their neighbor to give them many chances to fix their mistakes, which it didn’t happen and here we are:
- They add extra onion when we request NO onion
- They add pizza sauce to Philly steak pizza, when we just ordered the regular Philly pizza, multiple times
- lack of management
- lack of care or professionalism
- they don’t care if they mess up your order
Juts a horrible experience. We won’t be shocked if this location closes for good, and even after 4 store manager have come and left in the past 6 months, this place is still a comic show. Don’t order from this location and save yourself some headache and dignity. They are horrible.

There is a 50/50 chance you will get food poisoning from this dominos. Didn’t have an issue for years, then had two issues in the last year. Dismissed the first one as my own stomach issues but most recently it affected everyone in the house.

The pizza is delicious at this Dominos! Better than Reisterstown Rd location by far! Worth me driving for pickup.

I always go to the Dominos on Falls Road and every order I received is made correct, plus the pizza is really good.

Three times and they still can't get it together plus you get a little attitude every now and then depending who you're dealing with and what day and if you think cold hot wings are worth crappy attitudes go for it

I placed my order and drove to the store and saw the employees goofing off and when I inquired about my order, they said it was just being made. Wanted another 20 mins and when my parmesan bites came out of the oven, the 2 employees were too busy goofing off to see my parmesan bites were rolling out of the oven, so they fell off of the rack and the male employee who made them proceeded to put them back on the box. I told him I didn't want them after they fell and they said I had to wait for another order. Upon then I told them my frustration about already waiting forever for my food and i couldn't wait. She only offered to refund me for my parm bites but I had already redeemed points for them. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, so i asked her what she was going to do to compensate me via a coupon or something and she told me she can't do anything. I asked for her name to contact the general manager and she told me she didn't have to give me her name. But I already have her name because she made my pizza. Melanie made my pizza on the tracker. She was the only female employee working and the female who made my pizza was named Melanie. Oh and to make matters even worse, while waiting for my pizza to be cooked, I requested to the male employee to use the bathrooms labeled as PUBLIC and he told me to hold on. He proceeds to ask Melanie if i can use the PUBLIC bathroom and she said no she was not giving me the code because they werent for customers. This is an outright blatant lie. They are labeled as PUBLIC. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical of you to have your store ran this way and your customers treated this way. I both emailed and texted dominos on October 4th when the incident happened and here it is the 8th and have yet to hear back.

Always have great service when ordering at this location. I did curbside and arrived early, the gentleman noticed I was outside and graciously came to check with the order in hand. He had just returned from a delivery and was very kind.
