I wanted to dine in, so I asked if I could use the bathroom, but she stated there are no public restrooms and walked away. I asked, how do you know I did not place a order as I pointed to the public restrooms. I then asked for my order, and then she stated there are no customer restrooms.

Usually a great experience but every time I've ordered during lunch recently they really jip me on toppings. Got a large pizza with jalapenos today and there werent even enough jalapenos to have a single slice on each piece of pizza. If I'm ordering a pizza with toppings that means I would like it on every slice, hopefully more then one piece on each.

I ordered 2 hrs ago and my order still is at the “prep” stage on the app. The store will not answer (as usual) and because it hasn’t been marked as “delivered” I can’t get my refund. The last time I ordered they called twice to say they didn’t have a driver and asked me to come pick it up when I already paid the delivery fees and tips. Answer your freaking phone! And stop taking people’s money. This is ridiculous. I want my money back! Now!Update: after several attempts to call or get a refund I ended up driving to the store. The phone was ringing non stop with no one answering, not even the man sitting in the kitchen on his phone. Yall need to close your online or app orders if you can’t fulfill them! This is ridiculous! At least last time I got a call saying they didn’t have a driver. They said NOTHING!!

I experienced horrible service experience with my pizza delivered 2hrs late and the food was mediocre, no better than Papa John's. The restaurant did not answer the phone when I called to inquire about my very late food. When it was finally delivered the people that I was trying to feed had already gone to bed (having eaten whatever we could scrounge up in the kitchen). The driver tried to give me an explanation, but I was still out all of the money for the delivery for food that was not eaten until it was a day old. I tried putting in a complaint to corporate since the local store would not answer the phone, but I never heard back. I will not be a repeat customer.

1-24-24, I arrived to pick up my pizza because the website said it was ready. Not only was mine not ready, several other customers were still waiting for theirs. When I asked about it, the cook stopped working and walked over to me at the counter and gave me a ton of belligerent attitude. "What's the problem." "The website said my order was ready." "You want to cancel." "No." "Then what's the problem." "The website said my order was ready." "You want to cancel?" "No." "Then what's the problem." And so on. I think he actually wanted me to cancel so I did. But Domino's got my money anyway and there is no way to contact them about that except via bots.

I ordered two simple sides at 9:32pm, it said it would be delivered at 10:15 no problem. I live three miles from the dominos. I get a notification at 10 saying my order came out of the oven. It is now 11:28 at night, and my order has not arrived, I have called the place several times with no answer. Finally at 12:10, three hours after I ordered, it arrived freezing cold. Worst service I have ever had.

I stopped going to Domino's over 10 years ago. I just didn't like the pizza. I decided to give this one a try. I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza. It was DELICIOUS. I can't stop thinking about how good it was. The young lady who made it was super friendly. I will be making this my spot for pizza. Glad I gave Domino's another chance.
