It is with high hopes that this message reaches the necessary people in upper management over the Towson/Loch Raven store: the customer service has fallen off terribly, it took them over 30 minutes to make 2 pizzas. We have NEVER waited this long. Upon walking into the store absolutely NO ONE greeted any of the customers. This store needs a complete overhaul UNLESS of course the staff is deliberately trying to sabotage this business. If so, just let the customers know so that we can shop someone else. Heck, my business partners and I may just open up a pizza joint in this area—just so we can give quality service

I always get the handmade pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. It almost always comes out perfectly when I order it but this time when I got home and took a bite the dough was still very soft and doughy. It was undercooked. I had to put it back in the oven at home..

This location is the worst location to order from, do not do it. Their excuse every time is that they are backed up, overwhelmed and busy. They should not offer delivery and they obviously do not have enough staff to run an efficient store. Management is no help. Do better.

I Ordered 2 Medium Pizzas From This Location On October 12, 2024. This Is My Normal Weekend Routine, I Always Get 3 or 4 Pizzas Every Week & On This Particular Day I Came In After My Order Was Ready. When I Arrived The Associate Informed Me That It Would Be 5 Minutes Before It Would Be Ready. No Issue I Went To The Store & Came Back… I Always Pay In Cash But On This Day I Used My Card. The Next Day I Go To Cash In My Emergency Pizza & It Says That My Order Was Cancelled. I Returned Today To Speak With A Manager & They Promptly Resolved My Issue. I Was Offered A Free Pizza As Compensation For My Missing Points & I Was Satisfied.

Had a credit for a free 2 topping pizza that I used earlier tonight. Ordered a Medium, garlic parm sauce w extra cheese and bacon. Received the wrong pizza after 90 minutes. Was on the phone w the store for 45 additional minutes to get the order corrected and sent back out to me. Manager Gary was a jerk about it and it is now past 10pm at night...I still don't have my pizza. I placed the initial order at 6:17pm. AVOID this Dominos!

worst dominos in the whole world they told me it gonna take 30-40 minutes i waited 1 hour and 30 min and nobody came then i called them and they told me is gonn take 15 min i said ok then another one hour has passed still nothing then i called them 3-4 times and they werent answering
