Do not eat here. You will get sick. I had completely RAW pizza dough in both of my pizzas, which made two members of our family fall ill. We couldnt eat dinner and dropped nearly 50$ to feed a family of 3. Our complaints were not taken seriously, I tried to resolve this for over a week but was constantly told by customer service that it was being forwarded to the correct team. All we wanted was a refund for a terrible night of sickness and disappointment from what used to be our favorite pizza place. Being offered one free pizza that will probably just lead to more vomit is not a solution. Fix this!

Had a end of summer party with a group, spoke to the assistant manager Mr, Michael and told him what kinda pizzas that I wanted the day before, he was very helpful and friendly and professional he promised that the pizzas would be as I ordered and they were all 5 were well received and enjoyed, thank you Michael job well done , Ms Renee.

Came in to order a med stuff crust. U had one person and was told he wasn't scheduled to start work yet. He went into the back and no one came up front. After 10 minutes I Left. Won't be back.

Would give 0 stars. Placed order at 4:25; it said it would be delivered within 29 minutes. After 50 minutes, no food and the tracked was still saying it was being prepped at 4:25 I tried to call the store SEVERAL times. Was hung up on a couple times, then told to hold a few times. When I tried to jump in and say wait, I need a refund he said “idk I just walked in here” and then put me on hold. Called a couple more times no answer and finally a lady answered and I explained the situation and that I needed a refund she said ok please hold and never came back on the phone. At almost 2 hours later we have no food and no help from anyone. Wish I would have seen all the other reviews with the same experience before I placed my order. Unfortunate that this franchise owner doesn’t give a crap about his business to let them continue to operate like this. I will 100% be disputing my charge with my CC company.

On May 26, 2025, at approximately 8:35 PM, I placed an order totaling $21.82 from your location. While I’ve never had serious issues with this store in the past, what happened last night was absolutely unacceptable and deserves serious attention.

We waited over an hour and a half before even checking the tracker on the Domino’s app — only to see it still stuck in the “Bake” phase. For reference, this store is less than 5 minutes from my home. I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it might just be busy due to the holiday. But then 10 PM rolls around, and the tracker finally updates to “Out for Delivery.”

Another 30 to 45 minutes go by, and then the tracker suddenly marks the order as “Complete.” We never received the food.

So, I immediately try calling the store. I get placed on hold. I hang up and call back. Same thing — on hold, no response. I do this four more times, and each time I get put on hold endlessly. It’s clear the store is nearing closing time at this point, so I have to take the bus to the store myself because I don’t have a car like most customers.

When I arrive — around 11:25 PM — I expect the place to be packed. Instead, it’s completely empty, the “Open” sign is off, and only two employees are inside. I explain the situation, and I immediately notice that the phone is off the hook, just sitting on the counter, ringing unanswered. One employee casually picks it up, says “Domino’s, please hold…” and puts yet another customer on hold without even trying to help them.

Then, without asking me a single question, the employee says, “I’m giving you a refund.” Before he can finish, I stop him and say I don’t want a refund — I just want the food I paid for. He replies that the refund was already issued and there’s nothing else he can do.

So to recap: I waited over 3 hours, received no food, was ignored by phone, had to physically travel to the store, only to be told there’s nothing they can do. I understand it was a $20 order, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is infuriating.

This was beyond a delay — it was complete disregard for the customer. I am incredibly disappointed and expect this to be escalated beyond just an automatic refund. At the very least, someone should be addressing how this store handles late-night orders and customer calls, because this is not how any business should operate.

I called the pizza shop to order for my son. I believe her name is Shana, well she was so helpful, kind, and patient. Times I have called before an young male answered the phone and hung up on me. I didn't order from Domino's that evening. Today Shana was the star of the show. Great job, Shana.

I placed an online order for delivery. After waiting for 45 minutes my order arrived but not all of it. That was an hour ago. The driver said he would run back to the store to get the rest of it. He hasn't come back, and I have been on hold with the store for over 10 minutes. The good news is that I'll contact AmEx and dispute the charge. Never again. And, BTW, should the box have a safety seal on it?
