Terrible customer service. I ordered food online at 7:13pm and the app said my food was delivered at 7:35pm. I realized my ring app never went off so I called 10 minutes later and spoke to the manager Monte. He was polite and tried to assure that my order would arrive shortly. Fast forward, I had to call in total 4 times, the last 2 times getting a female manager, I presume, who was rude and had no customer service skills at all and acted as though it was an inconvenience for her to be at work. The final call was exactly an hour after my food said was delivered. That will be the absolute last time I ever order from Dominoes.

I’m deeply enraged. Took extremely long after saying my food was on the way at 6:08. I didn’t get it until 7 they’re 8 mins away from me. And this is how the winds looked o top of being soggy. Pizza was barely warm. I called the manager who was EXTREMLY rude if that even was the manager.

Order was not received after 2 hours. Spent 1/2 hour on phone but no answer. I live 1.2 miles from store, but I have a broken leg or would have gone to store. Got email confirmation of order, got text confirmation AND text that driver had left thd store. Never contacted by store.

Ordered online this evening over two hour delivery time for a pizza. They may be under staff because something is up.
I'm not sure how this place is still in business. The tracker doesn't work. The number of minutes left kept changing drastically from 20 to 1 minute even though it was at Prep. Prior to ordering, it said the location was only a 20 minute wait which was incorrect. When I called to find the real status, the person wasn't helpful at all and had an attitude. She basically asked me what did I want her to do about it. I just canceled the order. No deal is worth the long wait and poor customer service. Never again.

2/24/24 This is probably the most unorganized store I have ever seen. Placed an order on the App. When the order comes in there was no labeling the pizza boxes. The gentleman making the pizza put it in the oven then the others when removing the pizza from the oven were trying to match the pizza with the order slip. Had the boxes been labeled with the customer order there would not have been a struggle to match an unlabeled pizza with an order ticket.The workers were stressed. Seems to me that more training and following established protocols would make the location run much much smoother.

The pizza dough wasn't very fresh. This day was a Friday and the service was slow, pizza usually takes about 15 minutes, took over 25 minutes. One person I could see was making the pizza and taking care of the oven, and boxing the pizza. This visit was about 2:15 pm.Parking: Four other businesses are in the same location.

I had the worst experience today at this location. The pizza and Chicken Jalapeno sandwich I ordered was uncooked and unprofessional handled with the worst staff behavior ever. Plus I had the sandwich almost thrown at my face because I was complaining about the delay in packaging the meal.
