I hate to say this, but I wish this store would go out of business. I would be so happy. They are so rude and have the worst customer service. Forget about saying anything polite like hi or good morning and thank you, not only do they not say anything to you, they look at you and talk like you're stealing the food from them. I'm not just referring to the employees that don't speak english, even the ones that do speak english act like that. These are horrible people and don't deserve to make a living off this place with this kind of attitude and service.

Drive thru - asked for a brownie batter donut and they gave me one with yellow pudding instead- the napkins in the bag looked used.

For the second time, I was given dairy products despite warning them that I had a severe dairy allergy and had to use an epi pen and go to the hospital. There was no accountability taken for this mistake and I was told I was lying. Please don't give this kind of establishment any more business.

This might once have been a regular Dunkin, with seating and all the other things you expect at a Dunkin restaurant, but it's now little more than a pickup spot for orders submitted online in advance. You can walk in and place a order, but all you'll find is a checkout counter with no display case, 4 electronic ordering kiosks on the wall and three small tables and six chairs by the window that are better suited for sitting while waiting for your order than for eating in. There is also a drive-up window. The workers will assist the occasional walk-in customer who can't figure out the ordering kiosks, but they are mainly there to put orders together. If you're looking for a Dunkin where you can sit and enjoy a meal, select a different one.

If I could give this zero star I would, the sandwich was terrible and smelled like fish. Idek what kinds of bacon this is. Even the has browns tasted like trash

I don't think they like helping black people, every employee ignored me, I literally had to ask was someone going to help me and the manager was very rude, won't ever return to this location
