Having my car serviced in the area and did a walk in order, get there and sign says lobby closed! Why do they still allow you to order through the app if the lobby is closed? I was walking. The 3 young ladies behind the counter all looked down when I pulled on the door and acted as if they didn't see me. A waste of time!

Just raggedy, mad because I didn't want cold food after I sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes. Asked for no pickles on my burger because I'm allergic to them, guess they missed that memo. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but a little grace goes a long way

The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. The Customer Service is always A Perfect 10/10 and The Atmosphere is always A Perfect 10/10 so like i said my only Gripe is The Lobby.

Met a wizard of Celtic origin, and a Christian, and a Jew and had very meaningful conversations with the Christian and the Jewish man ♂️♂️ the wizard well let's just say he wasn't a happy camper bit of a satanic Dead Head 🗣️🗣️🗣️

My daughter and I visited Dunkin and got a medium iced coffee with mocha. The drink was ready speedily and tasted great! The person who handed the drink to us said to have a beautiful day. Very friendly.
