DO NOT ORDER the brisket scramble from this location, this was a waste of money. I basically received 4 hash browns for $5. The young lady at the register was very polite and helpful. Those making the food were not as friendly and care clearly was not used when making my scramble. The location appeared clean other than something was spilled and dried up in the napkin holder.

This locations happy hour special is $5.94 for 6 classic donuts. I was charged $7.99. I immediately noticed the discrepancy and mentioned it to the front counter person. She did not fix the problem and walked away. Poor management. It's easier to just spend my money somewhere else. In fact, I walked 30 seconds across the street to the crepes place and, for a couple more bucks, got something much better tasting.

Donuts always fresh, hot food is perfection, and most importantly during rush hour mostly and even barley any customers the staff are in control taking orders, making food/drinks, always polite and my experience never mess up orders all while dealing with all types of people !
I come here every day! The staff are wonderful and the drinks always made to perfection the doughnuts are fresh and delicious!!!

After I was done with my iced coffee, I dumped the ice out the cup and I saw the ice was dirty. I tried calling to let them know but it says the number was changed. Clean the ice machine please!! That can cause illnesses.

The customer service was fine but I’m so tired of these places most likely telling their employees to shut down before closing. How do I walk in 15 min before closing and all the donuts are packed up and they close the ovens down…u cnt take 1 minute to toast a croissant?? It’s really annoying, if you close at a specific time then wait until closing to stop serving food
