A bit sad giving this review, because I like the people here, but I’ve ordered every week for close to a year from here, so it makes it pretty easy to see the clear decline in donut quality. The donuts have gotten smaller, more “artificial”, less colorful, more expensive, and less tasty, consistently, for weeks. They’re tiny compared to other locations. The value is no longer there.

Attempted to order a coffee today. First I stood in line, and wondered what was taking so long to get the line moving. Then a customer stormed out and said she couldn't wait for her small coffee any longer. They were taking too long. (I agreed and hadn't even ordered yet.) 2 or 3 employees shared a laugh at the customers expense. Almost immediately after, another customer recieved the wrong order and the cashier who was ringing in an order left the register twice to argue with the kitchen. Meanwhile the customer ordering hasn't paid and several more people walking in the door. Do better because you just lost 2 customers in about 10 mins.

This store either lies about what inventory they ah w or they are under stocked. They also have bait & switch going on. Wanted the happy hour 2.99 medium latte & was told I can’t get matcha with the promotion. It says no “signature lattes” which is not including matcha, so that sign needs to be corrected. A matcha latte isn’t a signature latte. They have whipped cream, drizzle, and occasionally additional toppings. I told the lady that sounds like bait & switch and she didn’t respond. I just went ahead & ordered it, but this is illegal advertisement & I’d hate for the news or legal officials to catch wind of this. You all covered the “1” in 1.99 to make it “2.99” and neglected to write what is actually included in the deal during those customizations to the sign. Regarding the inventory. I came in at 2 pm & the lady told me there’s no more donuts beyond the case (missing several classic donuts). This is extremely bizarre to me because I worked at Dunkin for a good chunk of time and we have never run out of donuts. There’s actually several bags of waste at the end of the night. I didn’t wanna do the whole In know you’re lying because i worked here thing but was annoyed. I then asked “are you guys really slow? It’s only 2 pm when do you close” Hoping she’d give an explanation to why that’s all the donuts they have at 2pm. She just said “it can be slow and we close at 7”…I feel like she lied about those being all the donuts & if she didn’t, then management needs to do better. 5 more hours of business & this is all that’s left? It’s ridiculous that strawberry frosted is gone at 2pm & it’s not busy & all of the donuts you have on hand only for in the display case. Someone has to do better. Not sure if it was the cashier or management.

Staff will take 15 minutes to make a single coffee in the morning. They will also start making your coffee then abandon it and not finish for another 5+ minutes even when you ask. You will have to give up on coffee due to wait times, and they will be rude about it.

DO NOT ORDER the brisket scramble from this location, this was a waste of money. I basically received 4 hash browns for $5. The young lady at the register was very polite and helpful. Those making the food were not as friendly and care clearly was not used when making my scramble. The location appeared clean other than something was spilled and dried up in the napkin holder.
