Terrible customer service. 6:59pm. Yea, they close at 7, I now see when i jist googled the hours. But regardless, this the second time in a week we have pulled in just right before 7:00pm. As we pull into the drive thru, directly behind another car. 1st car places order, pulls around. As we pull up to order, they tell us, "Sorry, we are closed now. We just took our last order." Even though we pulled into line right behind the other car. So we then have to proceed thru drive thru, and wait there while they serve the car ahead of us, then they close window, walk away.

ordered here via grubhub the donuts ordered were wrong asked for chocolate cake got plain glazed they never called to ask if i wanted to change flavors if it was out just gave whatever was there
Not what it use to be. Drive thru girl is just rude shorted me my change by $5 didn't realize till I got to work. The coffee is horrible and the prices are more money then other dunkins.

I understand public facing jobs are not the most fun, but the drive through staff just seem to be miserable. It's concerning because I don't think they put much care or effort into your order. They can't even be bothered to put the donuts right side up in the bag. Who does that? Plus, when it's not cold outside, the donuts are melted. I would very embarrassed as an owner to serve the low quality food and beverages they offer.

I might have been served the worst coffee ever. I'm talking worse than coffee at the office sitting slowly burning from 8am to lunch time bad. The tortilla in the wrap I got legitimately tasted like dish water. I suspect someone tried to clean a pan/grill/surface but didn't finish and cooked on it anyway.
This was truly an awful experience and I'll not be returning. Ever. This was gross and will likely make someone if not me sick.

I have had couple of good experiences here, but things have gone downhill. I usually walk in and there are people ready to help. I walk in today, and loud people in the bag are on about some jibber jabber. I go to the bathroom door. You need a code. I go back to the counter. Everyone is hiding in back around the corner. I can't get help. I stand there for a minute. A couple of guys come out to process an app order and the drive through. They look at me. No acknowledgement, and the loud lady is still in back, hiding behind the corner, telling stories. I leave.
The kiosks are fine for small orders, but if I want to get a box of donuts they still have to come upfront. At the very least, don't hide from the customer.
The service at this store is poor and disgusting
Please do not waste your money here.. the associates are rude and always seems to be in a hurry even when three are no other cars in line behind you… if I can give it less than one star that what I will rate it as

I won't be returning to this location. My coworker and I bought donuts here on two separate occasions, and both times the donuts were melted. It seems they took them out of the oven without letting them cool properly, causing everything to melt.

Today I went through the drive through and when I received my order, my drink tasted very watered down with not much raspberry flavoring in it. I kindly stated that I had asked for extra pumps of raspberry and it tasted watered down. I asked for it to be either remade or for extra pumps to be added. The young dark skin man named Christian, snatched the drink out of my hand and shouted "AND I DID PUT EXTRA PUMPS IN IT" Upon his return with my drink it tasted the same as it did before he "fixed" it and he made angry faces at me which made me feel really uncomfortable. I am disappointed in this location.

Very fast, friendly and efficient staff! The hashbrowns could definitely be crisper and NOT all stuck together in a clump but other than that excellent

Went through the drive thru to get an ice coffee, I paid with cash and the girl handed me my change then a straw. I sat there for a few seconds and she looks over and say “is there something else?” Uhhh yeah my coffee! I won’t go here anymore the girl at the drive thru window is never friendly and seems bothered by having to do her job.
Don’t waste your time going here. There’s another DD about 1 mile or so away. I walked in to see 5 crew members and 1 manager. No other customers but me. Not even a person in the drive through. No one greeted me, very strange.I waited…no one came to take my order. The young man at the front continued to restock drinks in the fridge, he didn’t say a word. He looked at me and continued to restock. I think the manager needs training or how to manager her . This entire experience was completely unacceptable, especially because the store was EMPTY, with multiple people working on the shift.

If I could give it zero stars I would, management is horrible and the workers are childish. Waits are super long, it always seems to be foods all over the counters and floors and tables do not get cleaned. SHUT IT DOWN!
