No customer service in an customer based establishment. I bothered a worker for asking for my online paid order. I accidentally ordered at this location because it’s on the same street another dunkin is on with a drive thru. This location is hard to get to. GPS sent me to a delivery entrance. Once I got to the correct entrance I had to press a button where the security asked me not to park at the square. Confused because I’ve never been in the gated business building. Avoid this location.

For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!
Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.

This Dunkin is inside the Montgomery Park office build. You must be a tenant (or gain access via the security desk) to access it. As far as a corporate cafeteria coffee shop goes, this one is very good. Friendly staff, fast service, mobile ordering, and fair prices. The drinks are well made and consistent and I’ve never seen anyone whip up a bagel and cream cheese faster.
Outstanding service! XL Midnight black and I even decided to try the chocolate croissant.
Flavored coffees are the best
