No place to sit down as a customer. Refuse to allow paying customers to use the restrooms. They ignore long lines of customers. Ive seen three employees just standing around doing literally nothing while a line of customers develops. Useless place.

Today left me feeling disappointed. I ordered two pumpkin cold brews and unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the iced coffee experience because the cup was 80% filled with ice which means I basically paid a few sips of cold brew and ice.
