Nice but they don’t take mobile orders…everytime I’ve been here they wait until I arrive to make mobile orders. Very bizarre as this hasn’t happened at any other Dunkin.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I had an issue at this Dunkin’ on May 26, 2025, and it’s now been over a month with no real resolution. The store’s owner initially told me he would send a gift card as an apology — that never happened. When I followed up, I was told I hadn’t sent a screenshot, even though I was never asked to in the first place.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. I received an automated email promising a response within 48 business hours — and that time has come and gone with no reply.
This entire situation has been frustrating and handled very poorly. I expected better from a national brand.
