I love this Dunkin. I am new to the neighborhood, so this is my new “home” Dunkin. They are always so nice, my food is always hot, and my coffee always made well. I love the $6 meal deal!

I frequent this location before my 12 hour shift some nights. Last night I ordered and iced coffee with a shot of expresso. As a person who drinks coffee 3-4 times a week I can tell the difference between a coffee with or without expresso added. I watched the cashier make my coffee then mix it with midnight blend. She proceeded to hand my drink over I told her “ I believe you forgot my expresso”…she says ok, one minute then walks over to the expresso machine area to a small hot cup containing what I only ASSUME was old expresso. She proceeds to then pour some of the liquid into my cup. She walks back to the window and I said…”Why is my expresso not fresh?” She says I’m cleaning the machine😕 I’m very disappointed in this service and this is NOT the first time this has happened here. That is why I watched them make it this particular time! I called to speak with a manager this morning. The only thing she said was that she would talk to her and “sorry about that”…..TERRIBLE.

This was one of the worst Dunkin’ visits I’ve had. Around 9:45 ish a.m., I waited six minutes in line only to be told they were basically out of donuts, at Dunkin’ Donuts! Only pumpkin and old-fashioned were left, with limited munchkins. Clearly unprepared for morning customers.
At the window, the staff member (name starting with “S”) mishandled my card. She walked away with my card and only returned minutes later with a receipt, but no donuts. When I asked about my order, she admitted she had run my card for the wrong customer. I was willing to be patient at that point, but instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she gave me attitude, telling me “I told you I ran your card for the wrong one, my computer is not working,” in a dismissive tone. Meanwhile, cars were honking behind me because her mistake caused an additional 5-minute delay.
To make matters worse, when I asked for her name, she rattled it off quickly with the same dismissive behavior, as if I was the one at fault. When I asked for her name, she gave it with an attitude. The manager, Ashmata, was no better, she refused to provide the full spelling of her name when I said I wanted to file a complaint.
Unprepared, unprofessional, and dismissive. Definitely not what I expect from Dunkin’.

Why don't you wear gloves? That's not right.
Very ignorant worker at the window. Instead of handing my my cappuccino, he chose to talk on the phone. People are trying to get to work and he's at his job at the window and not doing it. I knew this was a bad location to stop at. Plain rude

I didn't get any food just a coffee. At the time the app wouldn't let me order to this location. You cannot enter location you have to wait outside and order at a window. This is likely due to the neighborhood it's extremely sketchy but it's West Baltimore so....
