The older Caucasian lady was very impolite, and me having an accent, she pretended she couldn't understand the name of the item I asked for, let's say she doesn't understand, the common sense is that, what i asked for even if it is not as she want me to pronounce it, common sense would've directed your understanding to the closest and only item Dunkin have, but was rude to me and made my coffee like bath water. That was a horrible experience. I will never patronize that location again, everyday I buy from Dunkin.

Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order for an everything bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee was ready however no sign of the bagel, after asking them inside I stood and waited for nearly 15 minutes before asking again, finally they said they were out of everything, not letting me know, I said I’d take a plain and they proceeded to make a handle full of orders prior to mine, I asked again and they just laughed, nearly waiting 30 minutes. I will not be back, onto Starbucks.

Ordered sweet pepper bacon sandwich the bacon was raw and not fully cooked so that it's crispy and crunchy....
Made my coffee with no milk and under the ingredients that I requested.
They need to hire other people if the people that they hiring can't even do that job first thing in the morning.

Literally the fastest service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin’ Donuts! I ordered four drinks, two of which were frozen, and four different heat up breakfast items and everything was ready within two minutes. Don’t even know how that is even possible!! Everyone is also so kind and nice whenever I go in. The food and coffee is consistently delicious!

Ordered 2 iced coffees on the app. Both were made correctly - but the coffee tasted off. It was either old or brewed incorrectly. Ordered an iced coffee with cream and French vanilla swirl. Service was fast though.
