Literally the fastest service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin’ Donuts! I ordered four drinks, two of which were frozen, and four different heat up breakfast items and everything was ready within two minutes. Don’t even know how that is even possible!! Everyone is also so kind and nice whenever I go in. The food and coffee is consistently delicious!

Ordered 2 iced coffees on the app. Both were made correctly - but the coffee tasted off. It was either old or brewed incorrectly. Ordered an iced coffee with cream and French vanilla swirl. Service was fast though.

Had an amazing experience with one of the most beautiful nicest woman I’ve ever met. I think her name was Natarsha. She helped me decide my order and gave me some nice suggestions. I left a tip and am now a Dunkinite for life
Parking: Their currently doing construction in the lot so parking is limited
Just left the store and Dunkin’s mobile app did not send order to the store. There’s 2 girls working there, one blonde and one brunette. The brunette girl, who I think is new, was super helpful and tried her best to assist while the other girl just walked away. While I didn’t get what I ordered because of the app, I did have a pleasant interaction.

i come here multiple times a week, got my coffee this morning and tasted disgusting. I asked for oat milk and it was definitely made w cream and vanilla flavor instead of caramel. (asked multiple people to taste test it as well) and i reluctantly asked for it to be remade because i know how it feels as a worker and was told by this white lady that she made whatever was on the ticket and that i was wrong. I kindly asked again and told her i don't mean to be rude and she rolled her eyes at me and was being incredibly rude and saying stuff under her breath thinking i couldn't hear so I walked out because she was just being disrespectful when i was trying to be as polite as possible.
The food can be better...you don't always get what you order. I have ordered sweet pepper bacon multiple times...only to be disappointed by getting regular bacon. Someone is not paying attention. Ordered Hot Large Signature Latte...it was barely a little more than half of the cup...looks like someone made medium size and poured it into the large cup. Atmosphere is ok...but a little chocking. Service ...well you can just walk in and pick up your order at the counter if you order in advance. That's a plus.
Parking: There are ample parking spaces but you might not be able to park directly in front of the store
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair assessibility but the parking lot marked for disabled is not very visible

Visited the classic Brewers Hill establishment with my daughter three weeks before the end of school. She needed coffee to get her through the final days, so we thought, what more consistent coffee than Dunkin'?And we were not disappointed! We sat in the parking lot and ordered the coffee, and we walked in and picked it up in a flash!Another win for Dunkin!
