walked in sat Nov 29th, the two girls working there were very loudly moaning about how slow the time was going, till the end of their shift, they used filthy language too, i'm glad i didn't have grandkids with me. i ordered, and sat down, they never called my order, even though i gave my name, so i came up to the counter to see what was taking so long, and there was my drink & donut just sitting there. try to avoid this location if you can... oh and there was a homeless man begging outside, just to top off my experience...

The lady that took my order today was so rude. In the middle of taking my order she starts talking to another employee (no please hold or anything) then when she asks “is that it?” i say “no” and while i’m saying what else i want she cuts me off, completes the order and tells me to move forward. she then says “oh what did you want?” i said “nevermind” when i get to the window my order wasn’t even correct. They could really use some customer service training here and from previous reviews it looks like this is reoccurring.
This experience was very off-putting. I have never been cut-off/interrupted this much in my life while trying to place an order. Too much incompetence for my sunday morning.

My favorite go to spot before I hit route 40 for work. Every one is pleasant and is always working in sync to fulfill the customers orders.

Went through the drive thru last night 8/19/2025 and the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and cut me off mid order saying we close is 10 minutes so we aren’t doing any of that and proceeded to list what they weren’t going to do.
This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that I know you can’t enter the building and I’m not sure why.
It sucks on days there’s a long line and you want to enter the store but it’s locked for customers.

I love coming to this Dunkin’ every morning for my coffee and bagel. All the girls there are fantastic and work efficiently. One girl named Emily is usually at the drive thru and always is kind to me and my order is always correct

I have low expectations w/DD because they’re never consistent with coffee/food order. But I really needed a coffee this am. I tried the closest location to me. It was no surprise w/my coffee or Avocado Toast w/bacon (never tastes warm either). But the parking lot was very clean for its location and the drive through was extremely friendly and fast!
