Came in yesterday to get my usual matcha green tea but they put it in the blender when it says that it is a regular matcha and my drink was not even full. They fill it halfway also the workers were given an attitude.

Just got a Pup^ cup for My Chihuahua, & A 6$ meal deal , Buy Far The Best Bacon Egg & Cheese on A Everything Bagel I have Ever Had , The Service was Phenomenal, This Is The Best Dukin Around Here !!!! My Iced Coffee was Out Of This World Fabulous !!!!!

Why would they serve me these burnt hard nasty donut holes!!! Count your days Dunkin it’s always this store but it’s close to work!!! Put the coffee up to the line where it should be and don’t fill the cup with sugar please and thank ya!!!

walked in sat Nov 29th, the two girls working there were very loudly moaning about how slow the time was going, till the end of their shift, they used filthy language too, i'm glad i didn't have grandkids with me. i ordered, and sat down, they never called my order, even though i gave my name, so i came up to the counter to see what was taking so long, and there was my drink & donut just sitting there. try to avoid this location if you can... oh and there was a homeless man begging outside, just to top off my experience...

The lady that took my order today was so rude. In the middle of taking my order she starts talking to another employee (no please hold or anything) then when she asks “is that it?” i say “no” and while i’m saying what else i want she cuts me off, completes the order and tells me to move forward. she then says “oh what did you want?” i said “nevermind” when i get to the window my order wasn’t even correct. They could really use some customer service training here and from previous reviews it looks like this is reoccurring.
This experience was very off-putting. I have never been cut-off/interrupted this much in my life while trying to place an order. Too much incompetence for my sunday morning.

Went through the drive thru last night 8/19/2025 and the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and cut me off mid order saying we close is 10 minutes so we aren’t doing any of that and proceeded to list what they weren’t going to do.

This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that I know you can’t enter the building and I’m not sure why.
It sucks on days there’s a long line and you want to enter the store but it’s locked for customers.
