I have low expectations w/DD because they’re never consistent with coffee/food order. But I really needed a coffee this am. I tried the closest location to me. It was no surprise w/my coffee or Avocado Toast w/bacon (never tastes warm either). But the parking lot was very clean for its location and the drive through was extremely friendly and fast!

Food is always good and hot. Never had to wait a long time for my order. However, there is one staff member who always throws her food instead of handing it directly in your hands. This staff member makes no eye contact. Nor does she talk at all. Next time I visit this location, I will address the isNext time I visit this location, I will address the issue.

This has to be the most efficient Dunkin' on the planet. This place should be studied. Even on the busiest days I barely have to slow my car down to make it through the drive through with my order which is always correct and hot.

I've been to hundreds of Dunkins and this one is the worst one. They are located on a main thoroughfare into the city, so they don't really need to try to give good service. They rush you at the drive through and when the drive through wait is too long (which is often) if you walk into the cramped location, be prepared to wait for even the simplest of orders.
I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and they didn’t even toast it it cook it how it was supposed to! When I bug it is usually crispy the bread…I was wondering how they got it out the window so fast …. I will not be going to this location again. If a customer buys a product it should be prepared properly
