This location is very dirty and unkempt. The floor is particularly filthy. I got an ice coffee here but it was not up to standards. I won’t be going back until improvements are made. Not to mention, that staff lacks basic customer service skills.

Unfortunately, other customers were being very disrespectful to the employees and I know they were busy. However, they refused to talk with any customers. I waited 30 minutes for my drink and no one would respond. I ended up leaving without any of my order after waiting in store for 30 minutes. I tried to get a refund with the app and they just want to offer reward points.

This employee are all the time on the phone and they are mad all the time. They acted like they are doing favors to costumer’s. They don’t answer any questions rightly. If I ask something they answer with attitude like they don’t want to answer. I only go there for any emergency otherwise I don’t go and I don’t like to go there no more. My daughter got a lemonade strawberry dragonfruit refefresher with less ice as is her custom. It was one million out of ten. Even though the mall looked closed, the dunkin was steadfastly open, and the service was speedy.
