Located at the Mondawmin mall Monday through Friday high school students conjugate inside of the store despite there being a school curfew that prohibits any high school student from being in a place of business starting at 7: 20 in the morning until early afternoon on the weekends the local drug dealers are standing either in front of the store or to the side of the store soliciting business other than that it's a great place of business come on down and visit y'all

Ms. Donna who works there is absolutely stunning. I love great customer service. We came in, she spoke. She said how y'all doing? Nobody never speaks when u come in there. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my iced coffee. The first young lady DID NOT listen to what Ms. Donna said. Soon as I saw my cup I knew it was WRONG. Ms. Donna immediately fixed it and apologized. Went back a few more times and each time she's in there it's a breeze. I hope the owner sees this and appreciates her efforts and hard work. We need more ppl like her in retail. As long as she's there I will definitely visit this location.The one star is for the location. It's annoying to come somewhere and people are begging all the time.

I visited this location yesterday. It took about 5 minutes for the young lady to even notice my family and I. She took the order then slid the box of donuts across the counter. The counter was dirty . The donuts were so hard and unedible when we got home. Those donuts had to be a few days old. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for selling people that mess. If didn't even smell like they were baking fresh ones. Normally when I walk in a Dunkin Donuts it smells of donuts baking and coffee brewing. Not at this location.
