I am an uber eats delivery person, I went to pick up an order. I gave them the name and order number to pick it up first through the intercom and then again at the window. they told me it wasn’t there which is odd bc I came to the correct place and confirmed that, which isn’t an issue if something happened where the systems for whatever reason they didn’t receive the order to prepare it which isn’t their fault, But what I won’t tolerate is the disrespect and utter rudeness from the manager KIM! When she asked me questions about if I came to the correct place I confirmed with her that I did and before I could even finish what I was saying she’s cutting me off, she’s very rude and loud yelling at me while I’m trying to explain to her and solve this issue. I ordered my own food and she said “she refused my service” even though she’s the one doing a service for me lol but she wouldn’t let me pay for my food bc she was upset that I defended myself (verbally) to her being disrespectful and calling her out on it. Before that even happened I told her that I want to pay for my food where she then said I can’t help you with your order for no reason, I believe she was referring to the uber order that I was to pick up but I literally pointed at my order which was the only one there because again she stated that she didn’t have the uber order so why would I be referring to that order, that doesn’t make sense. When I asked her about paying for my order she got smart about it saying I can’t help you with your order. I will be calling her boss and corporate bc that’s unacceptable and she’s already yelling and causing confusion at 5:30 in the morning. What type of manager doesn’t know how to solve a simple issue and move on, bc that’s what I was trying to do which was just get my food and deal with the uber order with uber themselves. This was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, will be my last.
P.S - I am not the type that would want someone to lose their job but this lady needs to be evaluated as far as continuing to work there. She’s very disrespectful and as I am reading through the reviews I’m not the only one that’s said something about her attitude and it seems she gets physical violent with employees. She’s a white lady with glasses and short blonde hair to be specific.

This morning, I jumped out of bed at 7:00 AM, fueled by my excitement for breakfast. My taste buds were eager for the deliciousness of Chick-fil-A, and I couldn't wait to indulge! Since it was still breakfast hours at Chick-fil-A, I couldn't order chicken strips and waffle fries as it wasn't lunchtime yet. Instead, I settled for hash browns and a frozen caramel coffee at Dunkin Donuts. The frozen caramel coffee was great to drink but the Hash Browns were terribly cold to eat. I should have waited for Chick-fil-A to open because Chick-fil-A food is fresh and hot when you get it. I won't order from this place again because this wasn't the first time I order some food and it was giving to me cold.

Ordered a coffee with the marshmallow ube flavor. Considering it's listed in the coffee flavors and the other Dunkin mixed it in with no problem, I figured it wouldn't be an issue. The white guy, who is a lazy prick IMO, got on the microphone and told me they couldn't put in any drink except the macchiato and that was the supposed "rule". Well if that is a rule then why did the other Dunkin put it in my coffee? Explain that one.

We went thru the drive thru and they weren’t even that busy inside or out. We got 2 coffees, a muffin and a croissant. Went to work and my boyfriend is missing his muffin that was paid for. We don’t have the time to go back and have it fixed. Please make sure you’re giving everything out before customers leave. Or just simply double check the bags.

The staff was confused easily who took our order and unable to focus fully that could be partly our faults cause we were kind of goofballs coming in and picking but they were goofballs back with us which made the trip to dunking that much more fun and enjoyable
