I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this Dunkin’. There is one employee in particular who consistently makes my visits unpleasant. Her attitude is unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly rude. Each time she has taken my order, she’s acted irritated and unwilling to provide even basic customer service. I’m not sure of her name and I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes waiting for her to come over to see what I needed so I could nicely ask her name but she never even came back over. She’s heavier set young with died dark brown/red hair.

I rely on this location when I visit my boyfriend on the weekends, but her behavior has made me dread stopping here. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when they are simply trying to get their order. It’s gotten to the point where I’m contemplating driving to a further location just to avoid the rude interaction with her.

I strongly believe management needs to address this issue immediately. Her behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire store. I genuinely hope action is taken, because it’s frustrating to see one employee bring down the whole experience. I’m a very pleasant non confrontational person but if she talks and acts the way she does to me to the wrong person I foresee that bringing trouble to your store. It’s that bad.

If you are in for a traditional South Baltimore wild experience look no further. Everyone was nodding off, the people outside the establishment, the people inside the establishment and the people behind the counter. Even managed to make my avocado toast Cajun....that's burnt for the non-believers. But, if you need a shot of adrenaline (with watching your back not the expresso) then give this DD a shot.

This location has dramatically improved over the past couple of years! Big fan of the staff they are always friendly and kind which is sort of unusual in a DD. Occasionally the drive through line backs up out into the street which can be inconvenient but not their fault.

Amazing staff- this place is BUSY in the mornings and they get put through a lot but are always doing their best and being a great team. Friendly and absolutely killing it even when there’s a crazy rush of people.

The staff here is always friendly . They take pride in their work and make the guest feel welcome. The donuts are fresh and they have nice indoor seating area . Never had a bad experience here. Not our closest DD but it's our favorite.

Constantly wrong orders, the employees never can get basic orders correct. I advise to ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVETHROUGH!

I am an uber eats delivery person, I went to pick up an order. I gave them the name and order number to pick it up first through the intercom and then again at the window. they told me it wasn’t there which is odd bc I came to the correct place and confirmed that, which isn’t an issue if something happened where the systems for whatever reason they didn’t receive the order to prepare it which isn’t their fault, But what I won’t tolerate is the disrespect and utter rudeness from the manager KIM! When she asked me questions about if I came to the correct place I confirmed with her that I did and before I could even finish what I was saying she’s cutting me off, she’s very rude and loud yelling at me while I’m trying to explain to her and solve this issue. I ordered my own food and she said “she refused my service” even though she’s the one doing a service for me lol but she wouldn’t let me pay for my food bc she was upset that I defended myself (verbally) to her being disrespectful and calling her out on it. Before that even happened I told her that I want to pay for my food where she then said I can’t help you with your order for no reason, I believe she was referring to the uber order that I was to pick up but I literally pointed at my order which was the only one there because again she stated that she didn’t have the uber order so why would I be referring to that order, that doesn’t make sense. When I asked her about paying for my order she got smart about it saying I can’t help you with your order. I will be calling her boss and corporate bc that’s unacceptable and she’s already yelling and causing confusion at 5:30 in the morning. What type of manager doesn’t know how to solve a simple issue and move on, bc that’s what I was trying to do which was just get my food and deal with the uber order with uber themselves. This was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, will be my last.

P.S - I am not the type that would want someone to lose their job but this lady needs to be evaluated as far as continuing to work there. She’s very disrespectful and as I am reading through the reviews I’m not the only one that’s said something about her attitude and it seems she gets physical violent with employees. She’s a white lady with glasses and short blonde hair to be specific.
