The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good

Came here on 8/10/24 at around 8:26 in the morning and receive wonderful service from the customer service lady and other lady servers. They were very kind even though there was a language barrier. As most know, 93% of communication is nonverbal and I felt very respected by them… this is how customer service should be. Thank you very much.
This shopping center just has not the best parking . Too many good places in one area equals very low parking quality . But I really enjoyed my donuts this day !!! Some times when you go here the donuts are stale or a little bit on the harder side .
I visited this DD with my daughter on a Monday morning. We drove up, ordered on the app from the car -- parking was plentiful -- and by the time we made our way in, the coffee was ready and waiting. It was excellent.

If it wasn't for the shy waitress who waited on me, I would rate this place 0 zero. Because the second waitress was very rude and when I had a chance to taste the donuts, they were hard and stale. I'll not patronize this location ever again.
