Quality is not consistent. Yesterday the caramel craze coffee order of three was good today we ordered the same thing and spent $40 and the coffee was clearly burnt and nasty ☹️. We asked for a remake of ONE drink and the lady seemed racist because she stated we asked for returns threes times??? No we’ve visited theee times in the past two weeks and this was the FIRST time the coffee tasted burnt. She went on to chastise us and tell us that we do not know how it’s suppose to taste when we only order two drinks either the cold brew or iced coffee. Will not return.

The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good

Came here on 8/10/24 at around 8:26 in the morning and receive wonderful service from the customer service lady and other lady servers. They were very kind even though there was a language barrier. As most know, 93% of communication is nonverbal and I felt very respected by them… this is how customer service should be. Thank you very much.
