I had a really good experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. The staff was friendly and moved quickly, even though it was busy. My order was made correctly and tasted fresh, especially the coffee. The store was clean and had a welcoming vibe, which made it a nice place to stop in. Overall, reliable service and good drinks. I am definitely going to be coming back.

This is absolutely my favorite Dunkin location! The service is consistently excellent, and the food always comes out fast and delicious. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. Sometimes I stop by just to hang out in the store because the atmosphere there is that comfortable. This place never disappoints and truly stands out for its customer service. Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order of hash browns from this location. I clearly requested fresh paper and gloves, as I am a vegetarian for religious reasons. Despite this, I found bacon in my hash browns after leaving the store. I noticed this when I reached my gym in the same complex and immediately called them. The person who answered said he had changed the gloves, but claimed cross-contamination can still happen because items are packed together. He also showed a careless attitude, stating I could contact the owner or do whatever I wanted, as they did not care. Mixing vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is completely unacceptable and a serious concern for customers with dietary and religious restrictions. I want to bring this issue to everyone’s attention.

Drive through operator refuesed to take my order because he was incompetent in explaining a drink selection options. I asked a question about a drink about why he was watering down my refresher. I wanted to order another drink and food though instead of taking my order he ORDERED ME to drive to the window instead of taking my order. I was literally starving and just wanted to get something to drink and eat in the morning. The neglegence of such a simple job is so cruel to tell a customer you wont take their order because you are not trained properly. I ended up leaving very frustrated, starving, and just ended up making my own refresher mocktail with a body armor juice and celsius energy drink. So much cheaper and no men refusing to take your order and give you food! I will NEVER return to this location. After getting food down the road, I called twice after this and the first time they did not answer and left a message, and the second time they answered after probably ten rings, and didn't say anything except the manager was not there. Notes for manager this was Sunday morning April 27th around 9:15am

I stopped by this Dunkin’ location because it’s close to my gym, but I’ll never make that mistake again. I ordered the $6 meal deal and was shocked when they charged me extra for butter and whipped cream—something that should have been included. To make matters worse, after I had already paid, the employee sought me out in front of other customers just to charge me an additional $0.52 for whipped cream. Mind you, this wasn’t extra whipped cream—just the normal amount! The experience was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Avoid this location!

They went above and beyond in service as they helped me bring my huge order out to my car on a busy Saturday morning. Very friendly and kind, and donuts and boxes of joe were fresh and hot! Great location!! And they always do their best to keep the place clean!

This location is a complete mess and whoever comes behind me and write a review with 5 stars they are lying. I went here today and ask for a drink, they cut corners being cheap and then when you complain they are rude. I take it back and let him know I cant taste the butter pecan. I asked for one pump, I tasted nothing but coffee, Then he comes from the restroom wipes his hands in my clothes touch my cup hand it to the other guy to add another shot of butter pecan, he did'nt wash his hands before touching my cup. I asked for 2% milk and a shot of butter pecan.he say yea yea he proceeds to give me skim milk and proceeds to make the drink. They are rude and incompetent as IDK what. Customer service is trash. RUDE..stop fast talking everyone and listen to the customer and what they are asking for since they are paying their money. Who certain workers work here they are kind and polite but the two guys who worked today are like laurel and hardy. I waisted my money.
