This is maybe the best Dunkin in the Baltimore area, or anywhere really - one of the best. They have a very fast accurate drive thru with pleasant staff. I just went through. With seven cars ahead of me, it only took about 3 minutes total from when I got in line to driving away with my coffee.

I ordered via drive thru that totally screwed up my order and was overcharged because I didn't receive the correct order. I called back to the store after seeing that I received the wrong order. When explaining to the man that answered about the my order I didn't like his handling about the matter. I told him that I will not come back to that store anymore he said okay thank you!!! Really though, I know I am not going to make it or break them. But I see customer service has gone out the window!!!🤷🏽♀️ I will not waste my hard earned money here again where it isn't needed and THANK YOU!!

The service was horrible im always being charged .52 cents for either a packet of something, or a cup even after already being a paying customer right then and there. I asked for a plastic cup and lid they gave me a used one that was already used and had drops of water or whatever that was on the inside of my cup. I requested a new cup and it was basically shoved/thrown in my hand. In front of my kids who could see everything. Please save your gas and do not go there! ??♀️

These workers now a days don’t understand the importance of keeping the workplace tidy. I walked in and touched the area where you pay and there was a sticky wet substance on the counter. I took the liberty of cleaning it for them but what’s crazy is they tried to charge me for a cup of ice right after. 75 cents for a small cup of ice is absurd. I’m investing in a keurig!
