The food here is consistently horrible. Cold sandwiches with minimal bacon. Cheese isn’t melted and the sandwich is barely put together. I can’t even believe a person put that together. The coffee is equally horrible. It tastes like it was made 3 days ago. It’s sad that the location in Columbia actually serves food that looks like it was constructed by people who know what food is and we get this trash they serve.

I stopped by around 7 AM after a long delivery shift in the early AM (desperately in need of coffee) and noticed one of my sandwiches was missing from the order once I got to the window. When I asked about it, the response was a bit tense, and I was told to go back through the drive-through because they were too busy. There was only one car behind me, so it really wasn’t busy but thankfully after getting scolded by two separate people they let me purchase the sandwich I originally ordered.. I understand mornings can be hectic, but shaming your customer when it’s just a simple mistake is quite extreme.

Everytime I visited, the food and service sucked. When I've gone in the store never any greeting and stares like deers in headlights as if to say why are you here? The drive through service is worse coughs in the micro phone and my food made me feel sick after I ate it. Why are they open? I gave up going to this location long ago, its so sad!

The new lady they have working the register is rude and does not listen when taking your order. When you change your order make sure you have her repeat it. When they go to make it and it's wrong it's her fault. She acts like someone owes her something, she's not friendly, welcoming nor does she smile and she always has a long line. With her not at the register they get 5 stars.
