Line to the door. Zero sense of urgency at all. He either had to be high or stupid. It took 12 min to make one persons order and he made it wrong and then had to re-do it. Hire better people.

Went for breakfast and had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. They had two people making drinks and one girl making the food smh. I know now if I want Dunkin than I need to leave out earlier than
I try every morning Monday- Friday to purchase my breakfast before work, the line is always long and she acts like she don't understand or maybe you should train someone else to help take down the line from 6 am- 7am. I called today and asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the Manger and I made a suggestion and she stated that you all don't have enough money to pay for an extra person to work the register, and what do I want her to do. She knows me because she said Ma'am before I left the store. So I am a regular customer but the wait is too long, and I catch the bus. Oh also she hung up on me!! Its okay because I will try again tomorrow. Just give her some help!!!!

This location on Pulaski Hwy and Dundulk Ave are the two most frequently places that I go for my Coffee/ Donut run.The ladies are great and friendly no matter the rush they always will greet you and make sure your order is correct and stay professional.

They are the slowest ever. Place an order 10 minutes ahead of time and still wait upwards of 10 minutes when you get there.

I don't know if this location has new owners or another change in management, but it has certainly declined in the last several months. I can't recall how many times they have gotten my drink wrong. Today, I ended up leaving without my drink because they were so disorganized. Several customers placed and received their orders in person while I waited as long as I could to get my online order. This location will no longer be in my rotation for Dunkin. I'll go elsewhere for a while.
It needs an automatic door opener for disabled ramp.Parking: It's on the side of the street. If you go fast,you will miss it. One-way street leaving the lot. You have a few blocks to turn around.

Manager is very rude. They always get my order wrong. The food is nasty and the service is even worse. This is the only location I seem to have issues at. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Horrible location! What happened to the other workers? Why have they been replaced? I’ve built a very, very strong rapport with the staff that was here, previously. For 2 years I come in, and get what I normally order! I was aware of the changes in management but never expected it to get to the point where: 1, my favorite worker, Tristan is no longer there after 2 years, and 2, none of the staff knows how to actually give customer service!! It’s supposed to be about the relationships you build with your customers- there’s no more relationships. The only one there I would trust to make my coffee now is a big burly guy named Raymond! Do yourself a favor and never come here!

Used to be an extremely faithful customer however they seemed to have fired all of the black workers and replaced them with people who CAN NOT make coffee. If you’re reading this, find a different dunkin!
