How are they charging 30 cents when you ask for less ice on coffee first of all their coffee is 99% water and with the amount of ice they put on coffee take 1 sip and it's done why are y’all employed so lazy all they do is mess people order when I ask them with no sugar specifically no sugar they put sugar like they need to wake up y’all be hiring anyone y’all find if we are spending our money then why can’t we get a coffee that we order it’s soo frustrating !!!!

Find another Dunkin to go to. My order is always wrong. Just paid $9 for the wrong coffee and wrong donut. This is probably the 10th time they have done this in the last 6 months. Employees are lazy and unfriendly. You can never get a manager to come out and correct the issue, which causes me to contact corporate, who also does not respond. Do not waste your money here until they fix their staffing.

Speed of service going through the drive-thru is very fast customer service for light the food was very hot and delicious

Been going here many years. Service is sometimes poor, the donuts are almost always kind of stale. The worst thing is, if you go drive thru and order a donut they don't have, they'll just charge you anyway and give you the wrong one. It's happened dozens of times so it's no coincidence. They used to just tell you that they are out of that flavor.

I just watched an employee blow her nose, take a napkin and clean her glasses, and then blow her nose again, and then proceeded to work without washing her hands. That's disgusting.

Also, I received this burnt bagel upon requesting the darker toast option. Pretty sure dark and burnt aren't the same thing when it comes to serving food.
