Service has gone so downhill. Coffee tastes watered down most days, mess my order up 3 of the 5 visits a week. I miss the Indian lady and the old morning girls. The current staff are nasty and never polite and have no manners .

When I pulled up the window attendant was already in a bad mood while taking the order. They began to laugh with coworkers during the process. I was never provided with a receipt or a bag for my order. Also the coffee cup is a quarter of the way empty. He thought I said something to him at the window but in actuality I was verbally noting that I didn't see a flavor on the menu anymore. I work customer service too. I get it can be crappy sometimes but you never take your frustrations out on the customers. This location needs to get it together.

WORST DUNKIN IN BALTIMORE. Time after time they are Extremely inconsistent, bad wait times, poor customer service from the men and they are disrespectful. The ladies are nice, however the Owner/management is disrespectful towards women, including his staff and customers.. I feel sympathy for the women working in this environment, they deserve better. whenever a mistake is with your order instead of manager apologizing & correcting their mistake he will gaslight you, lie to your face, argue & tell the customers they didn't mess up.. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Save your money & Dignity.

They only serve people with cars after 4pm. All doors locked and the people just stare at you and smile. So my pick up order is just sitting there but I can't get it because the discriminate. Girls in the morning are great. Guys no much.

Coffee great food great but when I specifically ask for hot fresh hash browns I never can get them. Then when I pull off and taste them they’re cold and hard. Even if I taste them there and ask them to remake I’ll be running late for work. Can you get my hash browns hot and fresh please. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
I have went to this dunkin' donuts to get a medium hot coffee one cream six sugars everyday for the last 10 years without missing a single day. And the girls there are awesome. The new guy kind of sucks but we won't hold that against him

To many times I come to get coffee here The Staff Is Doing More Talking And Less Work, at times you ask for Sweet and Low they put Regular Sugar in your Coffee and when you ask for a Flavor Coffee, They get it wrong or forget. (Yo many young kid's work there.

Well I'll tell you. Once a week or so, my daughter and I zip out for a coffee in the morning. We try to visit different Dunkin's most weeks. This Dunkin had good coffee, in fact my daughter found it remarkable. The one less star for atmosphere is because it's only a drive-thru or walk up, and it was a chilly day. I confess to having become spoiled by being able to walk into so many Dunkins, and warm the chilly fingers of my hands. But overall, a joy to visit!
Parking: Is strikes me that this Dunkin building is underutilized. It's a large space and could easily accommodated a sit-in dining room. But I digress... there is plenty of parking, particularly for a place entirely premised on walk up and drive thru.
