Ordered a bacon , egg and cheese on a croissant and was served raw bacon even after asking them to make sure it was cooked. Shortly after I realized , returned to the store and was greeted rudely. Instead of giving me a refund and fixing the situation , they asked for the food and drink back. In the process of me trying to get a refund the lady accused me of not ordering what I had ordered. I got a small coffee and she accused me of ordering a medium even though it was right in her face. Never ever again. Y’all need to do better because these are the reasons people take things above and beyond.

Roseville and rt40 location is the worst I always get bagel with cream cheese and for the last month bagels have been stale and I get coffee with extra cream and sugar and the coffee is always bitter this location got me for the last time go to the location on rt40 at the shell station they never disappoint
The older women working the drive through counter is very rude and started to fight with me because she didn't wanna lean in and hand me my coffee date and time February 6th 2025 at 5:45 am I will no longer be going to this establisiment maybe putting a younger person at the drive through window would be better since the other one has a bad back it's not my problem if you can't hand me my coffee I am the customer.

Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.

This is the third time!!! I am a REGULAR costumer and to pay $3.69 for a bagel with a SMEAR of cream cheese is outrageous. It’s always this long hair Spanish looking lady that does it! I had stop coming to this location because of her. Last time I told her something about it she said, “well I don’t know what to say but I don’t eat none of the food from here.” At least has some courtesy in redoing my order. Very disappointing because when the other lady (she is white and thin) is there everything is good. It is just her that long hair Spanish girl!

Order wasnt ready from mobile order. Cashier had to make our two coffee order that was ordered on mobile app. They didn't even put expresso in the drink. When we let the one guy know it had no expresso, which you can clearly see in a Machiato, he asked what you want me to do about it and had attitude while fixing the coffee. They need to provide better customer service and ensure quality is consistent. I am a regular of DD but this was a terrible visit to this location.
