Order wasnt ready from mobile order. Cashier had to make our two coffee order that was ordered on mobile app. They didn't even put expresso in the drink. When we let the one guy know it had no expresso, which you can clearly see in a Machiato, he asked what you want me to do about it and had attitude while fixing the coffee. They need to provide better customer service and ensure quality is consistent. I am a regular of DD but this was a terrible visit to this location.

Kapu store manger really took care of me and my husband after we accidentally ordered twice yesterday. She assured me that I can come in tomorrow and get my order so I didn’t have to call cc or talk to my bank. Which was a wonderful gesture. When we walked in all the employees were so kind and understanding. Overall I will always recommend this location.
