Came here to get breakfast, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and for some reason they couldn’t even get it right. Especially after I repeated it twice while ordering and again when paying. They somehow managed to forget to put sausage in my bagel. Didn’t notice till I got back home and when I drove back to tell them about it, the man that works at the drive thru just took the bagel, put a sausage in it and just handed it back to me. He didn’t even apologize for their mistake.

Food was made to our specifics but the real problem was when we sat down to eat. Dead flies, flies buzzing around, and a small collection of bees in the corner on the same side as the dollar tree. When we first sat down we didn't think to look for these things because we expect a certain standard when it comes to the opportunities of dining in at a restaurant fast food or not, but being allergic to bee stings, it wasn't until I heard the distinct buzzing of bees that made us take a closer look at how neglected this particular. We witnessed a show of indeference when addressing the concern of having hazelnut in a customers drink, not thinking that he could have had a nut allergy. They seem to have a lack of concern for keeping their store clean for their customers, to which they we saw that there was a large amount of a certain demographic that came through during our time here. Maybe it's the location or the demographic they serve are not taken as seriously as they should be, but it's a concerninge none the less. We will not be back .

While taking my order, he walked away twice to fill donut orders. I ordered a bagel with butter. 70 cents extra for butter, I get it. But I got less than a tablespoon and it wasn't even spread. This Pic is after I tried to spread it without a knife. First and last time in this location.

The Indian gentleman (manager) made the entire transaction frustrating. His communication was awful, refused to swap out my hot coffee for a cold brew apparently because the total would change from $6. After letting him know several times I’m willing to pay the difference. He went dead silent on the other end, no total or drive up to the window. Get to the window he never included the cold coffee on the receipt and didn’t receive the hot coffee either. Worst customer service! Talking to him was like talking to a brick. Never going here again. This is what happens when you have an establishment and never take the time to evaluate your staff.

Food is terrible. Donuts are often stale and hard. Workers are rude and don't remedy complaints about the food. They tell you oh well you shouldn't have taken a bite.

I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. Well done! AND the coffee, promptly prepared and awaiting our approach. Turns out it was delicious!

On 4/6 around 12, it was empty inside, 2 cars in the line. They still got my order WRONG. Had to do a U-turn and get it right. Good grief!
I buy the same drink from other DD and they taste the same. At this location it's different every day one day they randomly add cinnamon, that's not a part of the drink. No consistency or quality control. Staff are friendly.
