I'm a regular at this location. I would say mistakes are becoming a more common occurrence. Today I ordered an XL coffee but was given a large, because their printer is apparently messing up, and it doesn't taste like they put any raspberry in it at all. I also ordered an extra egg on my sandwich, costing $1 more, and did not get the extra egg. That happens often, I've probably had that happen 10 times in the past couple years.

The food wasn’t correct. My wife ordered the holiday seasonal sandwich, the maple bacon jam sandwich. It was very messy and wasn’t on the right bun. My sandwich was very messy too. The hash browns were burnt and there were only 4 in each bag. Not a good experience.

Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡

I love Dunkin. Its always my morning stop for coffee. Recently, my commute changed and this is now the location that's on the way. I will be going out of my way to avoid this location. I always order ahead and this location (unlike others) never has my order ready when I arrive. That is, if they haven't lost my order as they have done multiple times. They take far longer than any other location I've visited for the simplest of orders.
I dont usually write reviews. But this crew is god awful and hopefully this enacts some form of change or helps people avoid this location if you have a choice.

Good coffee! I visited this DD with my daughter on a cool Monday morning in March. We had a long trip ahead and we needed refreshment. I ordered a hot coffee, and she ordered an iced coffee, scorning the waning winter. Ahhh sweet coffee, sweet morning, sweet day. The Dunkin, like the others and more than some, delivered.

I used to love coming to this location but it seems like they no longer feel that I have the right to get what I ask for in my orders. They constantly put the wrong ingredients in my coffee or give me donut types that aren’t what I ordered. I’ll try a different location from now on for better service.

My son in law from NC received a gift card for Christmas from this store. When he went to load it in the Dunkin app it said the card was not activated. I took it to the store with the receipt to try and get it activated, they told me that I must have used the card and wouldn't do anything or even have a conversation about it. All they would say is you used it. He did NOT use it. He contacted corporate who said the card was never activated. He took it to his local Dunkin who took the hit and gave him an activated gift card. Kudos to that Dunkin and shame on this Dunkin.
