I ordered a sandwich and a coffee before 3 other people that were behind me in line. All 3 received there's before mine. I didn't complain then they handed me my sandwich. I asked about the latte. They looked at me confused. Then someone walked over and literally finished my latte that was left open on the side as they helped everyone else. Continue to choose who to serve. I choose to never return

Used to be our favorite Dunkin'!! ***USED TO BE*** Now, coffee is cold, cups are half filled, donuts have shrunk to half the size. With everything expensive, I would expect to get what I pay for. Not *literally* half! Very disappointing at how down hill this Dunkin location has come. The only redeeming quality is the two nice ladies in the weekday mornings.

The renovations are great but the service is still terrible. I ordered the Sugar Cookie Ice Coffee and they kept making the wrong drink. After I told them they made the wrong drink they made the wrong drink again. Service is always slow at this location. Very disappointing!

Love how friendly most of the employees are but it burns me up inside how i can order the same coffee everytime I visit but the taste is different/coloring of the coffee every single time.. do they not have a way to measure the syrups or are they just guessing each time?
