Stopped by on a Monday morning. There was a steady flow of customers but staff was dismissive and didn’t acknowledge the request for sugar free vanilla and put sweetened syrup in my drink. Ok for a quick stop but for a custom drink I wouldn’t stop
The workers here are usually courteous! Personally I feel the earlier in the day you go, the better (and fresher) the goods.

This Dunkin does not have a drive-thru so we had to go inside. It was busy, but even so, the service was great, there were no mistakes in our order, the food and coffee were good, and the dining area and bathrooms were clean. Also, there was one handicapped parking spot.
