Why pull me to park for a $10 order? Took 20 minutes to get my order to me. I would’ve walked inside but I have a small baby, the whole point of drive through is so that you don’t have to do that!! I didn’t ask for carry out! I will not be returning, and will go to the one on Dundalk Ave instead because no matter how backed up they are everything is ready under a few minutes.

Sat in the drive through line for them to tell me they cannot split the payment between 2 debit cards, great way to loose business.
Go there to drive thru to get a medium hot chocolate and a bagel with cream cream cheese before work the girl at the window asks me to pull around back to bring it out mind u there’s not a single car behind me so i listen pull around back they take there sweet time still no show I’m waiting 5-10 mins for a bagel I pull back in drive thru to see what’s going on she says hold on she hasn’t started you’re bagel yet . The staff is Childish .
Worst service, they make you wait more than 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Horrible customer service.

Lately the coffee here has been terrible, weak, barely any flavor. Taste like dirty water. I have always been a Dunkin fan but lately I have been switching to Starbucks because Dunkin has just been terrible every time I decide to go here hoping it goes back to being good again but always disappointed. You are a COFFEE place so your coffee is supposed to be strong, flavorful and delicious not watered down disgusting!
This place is absolutely terrible. They never can seem to get an order right. Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel and they decided to put it on some whole grain bagel. Ordered the new toasted almond croissant, decided not to give it to me. Ordered hash browns, frozen cold. They are either lazy or don’t care…or both…
Would not recommend this place to anyone, this is the absolute last time I will be buying anything from this location.

I have a problem every time I come to this location. I have had issues with waiting 45 minutes for orders because they ask me to park in the back and forget, I also have an issue every time I come where they don’t know what my online order is. They always ask me to tell them my food or donut orders. I place online orders so I don’t have to say my order. The coffee always tasted burnt and the hot chocolate is always watery. If you have any option to go to a different location I would suggest it.

I preordered so that once I arrive my things will be ready 😌 I’m a daily coffee drinker therefore it has to be RIGHT. Leana is working the drive thru doesn’t want to be there and my coffee was ready, but no Splenda I guess she didn’t think I needed it. My munchkins Leana ask how many and what kind not very happy that I even ordered them she walks away to get them. What’s the purpose of order ahead if it isn’t gonna be ready when you arrive? Not to mention my coffee isn’t RIGHT

I'm rather disappointed to write this. I visit this location at least 3 times a week. What used to be the best location in Dundalk has deteriorated into frequently disorganized chaos. It's a busy location so errors will inevitably happen. Understandable.
Today, however, was the worst experience by far. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Signature coffee via the mobile app. Went in to get my order. Drove to work. Finally took a sip where I discovered that the whole Pumpkin Spice part was missing. I purchased a latte and received a regular coffee with cream. At this point there is no way that I could bring my coffee back. I have had items forgotten in my food orders, had incorrect food orders, and had my food order skipped completely. This is the first time the coffee has been the problem. I should not have to double-check when the ingredients are taped to the cup. I should be able to trust that my order is correct. As a result, I may have to choose another location to spend my money at. Being a busy location does not justify blatant neglect.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Waited over 25 minutes in the store for beverages. The food came out immediately. When you bring it to their attention it is as if you are bothering them.
