I place a mobile order for Dunkin in the mornings to get food and coffee and pick it up through the drive thru. I send my order through and they tell me to pull around at the speaker. So please tell me why when I get up to the window I have to recount my ENTIRE order out to the employees as if they don’t have a ticket of my WHOLE ORDER in front of them in the restaurant?? Make my order and give it to me that’s what I’m paying for. It’s not my job to go in and reread it to you at the window and quadruple check that the order is right before you give it to me. That is what you get paid to do. I will be going to the Merritt Blvd Dunkin from now on because this is just ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

The ice coffee was terrible the lady said it was two creams and two sugars in it but it wasn't and it tastes horrible and strong.so I threw it in the trash and the hash browns was hard.

I hate that I’m writing this, this is the only Dunkin that I have found that makes everything right usually, but today was just not it. I came in on a Monday after morning rush only 3 cars in the drive through they sent all of us to the back parking to wait. No big deal at all, until I’m watching not one car but about 5 to 6 cars driving off with there stuff, I waited for about 10 mins before going inside to get my stuff. I had two drink and a sandwich and mind you one drink come as is nothing added all they had to do was push a button, so you would think oh it will be done very quickly nope. When I came inside everyone was just sitting around having a little powwow and sitting on their phones there were only 3 girls that I slaw actively doing something when I came inside. There was more then 10 people on floor but only 3 of them working is a problem I don’t why y’all are keeping people if they don’t want to work. When I told them my order is they turned around looked for it and I slaw immediately just sitting at the drive through window just melting, I asked to speak to the manger he wasn’t there he put a girl that could only be 18 in charge nothing wrong with that but she really didn’t know what to say on why it took so long and she was just honestly lost, she didn’t know what her staff was doing asked why everyone just in here talking on the phones again had nothing to really say just kept apologizing. I felt bad for her because she was one of the 3 working and it sucks when you have coworkers that just clock in for money feels they deserve it without working for it. I come in all the time this is not the first time I have had to wait but most of the time it’s due to high influx of people coming in this time it was just because they didn’t have there manger on shift and did whatever they wanted. I even waited the day before for 20 mins and I ordered ahead didn’t say anything but there is only so much grace you can give in certain situations and today was just insane nobody was there and so many people on floor do better.

I visited this Dunkin' early in 2025 with my daughter. Everything happened so fast! Before you knew it, we had our coffees - and that is a good start to the day!

Ordered on the app, arrived, was informed they didn’t have the specific bagel I ordered which was no big deal. I was told to park behind the building and someone would bring it out. 15 minutes go by and I had to call the store. They forgot about me. Ridiculous.

Why pull me to park for a $10 order? Took 20 minutes to get my order to me. I would’ve walked inside but I have a small baby, the whole point of drive through is so that you don’t have to do that!! I didn’t ask for carry out! I will not be returning, and will go to the one on Dundalk Ave instead because no matter how backed up they are everything is ready under a few minutes.
