horrible this is the third week in a row that our food has come out literally inedible. the whole place was empty and it was just us in there so there was no rush to make the food. they took forever and it all still came out looking like this. they looked at this food and thought it was fit to serve. i am allergic to milk and every time i ask for oat milk they charge me but still put regular milk in it.

Every time I come here it’s a hit or miss. No one ever seems to know how to properly make an iced coffee. Just left there a few minutes ago and I have 3 ice cubes in my iced coffee it’s like drinking soup and a long pink hair on the lid. Waste of money

Go to the one on Harford rd. This place isn't it. Their doughnuts are small and over cooked. The sandwiches taste like metal. Gross . Small selection of doughnuts. The one down the street is so much better

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ in the area. Every time I visit, there’s an issue with my order. It seems like they overcook everything… my donuts are always too dark, my croissant sandwich is overly toasted, and my coffee tastes terrible. I won’t be returning to this location.

I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 donuts and 2 hashbrowns. I guess i was only heard to order one of each when i got to the window. So i asked could the other be added. Any other dunkin i go to it can be added at the window if i forgot anything, which i didn’t. But Nathan told me he cant do that. It wasn’t even anyone in line. I literally drove back around for what. I feel he was being an a hole. Then im waiting for my receipt he is looking at me crazy. And this is why im writing a review.
