Go to the one on Harford rd. This place isn't it. Their doughnuts are small and over cooked. The sandwiches taste like metal. Gross . Small selection of doughnuts. The one down the street is so much better

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ in the area. Every time I visit, there’s an issue with my order. It seems like they overcook everything… my donuts are always too dark, my croissant sandwich is overly toasted, and my coffee tastes terrible. I won’t be returning to this location.

I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 donuts and 2 hashbrowns. I guess i was only heard to order one of each when i got to the window. So i asked could the other be added. Any other dunkin i go to it can be added at the window if i forgot anything, which i didn’t. But Nathan told me he cant do that. It wasn’t even anyone in line. I literally drove back around for what. I feel he was being an a hole. Then im waiting for my receipt he is looking at me crazy. And this is why im writing a review.

Come here almost every morning and the customer service is really going down. Girl on drive thru has an attitude problem when she is the one who mistook my order and I was trying to fix it. No apologies or anything. Just gave me the cup with the original order scratched out and wrote in sharpie the correction. Like how much does it take to get a new cup or label. So im thinking its still the wrong order in this cup and she never fixed it. Then the man at the window doesn't greet you or even give eye contact. No good morning or thank you. Just asks how you're paying. Such a disappointment.

My wife and I ordered at the drive thru. These folk have the worst time listening or at the very least don’t know the difference between coffee orders. We ordered the new Ice Spice Cookie coffee drink and my regular order of Caramel and Mocha iced coffee. They gave us two Ice Spice Cookie drinks instead of providing the correct drink order. And earlier this week, they gave my wife a molded piece of bread for avocado toast, and to top it off they didn’t even toast the bread knowing it could’ve spread to the rest of the food. Unacceptable. Is this how we are moving in the morning drive thru? You’re at a place that serves coffee and you’re not awake in the head?! Absolutely horrible.

Ordered online for drive thru pick up. When I arrived the drive through line was literally wrapped around the building twice with no room for any cars to get in line or even into the parking lot. I parked on the street and walked in to pick up my order. The cashier stated that if I ordered online for drive thru pickup I would need to go thru the drive thru in order to pick it up because they were very busy. So instead of her just turning around to grab my already paid for order and hand it to me she wanted me to leave out the store, walk back to my car, try to get into the parking lot and try to get in the line of cars wrapped around the building just because I ordered online. How was that easier than just grabbing my order from behind the counter and handing it to me? I left and canceled my order.
Parking: The drive thru set up is a major problem!
