This Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and the one I’d prefer to use if I could. Over the last few months though they’ve really been going downhill. Almost every order I get from this location is messed up somehow, and I’m on the road and going so I can’t turn back and fix it. Very frustrating.

I stopped to get an iced latte and munchkins with my children. While there, my kids spotted an oriental roach crawling under our table. When I asked the cashier to get the bug she continued to text on her phone instead of getting the insect. I ended up having to grab a napkin and get it myself before it escaped. I was disgusted. The latte and munchkins were good though.

This the best DD in the area by far. The staff is friendly, engaging and always strive to make things right and the customers happy. Even when very busy, when other DDs come to a standstill they are quick getting my order completed.
I drive by 3 other DD’s on my way to this one on my almost daily stop, because they are the best. They know my order before I step up to the register.

The place is a little small but has nothing to do with the experience or workers. Workers are very friendly and patient with everyone. Prices are much cheaper then other Dunkin locations

Refreshingly amazing Dunkin’ Donuts customer service. The usual Dunkin’ Donuts I go to are fairly impersonal with customer service. The lady at the cash register held a great small conversation while taking customers orders. The food tasted good too
