I have been a regular customer at this particular Dunkin location for years and have always appreciated the exceptional service provided by the staff. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience that I felt needed to be addressed. A new employee was making derogatory comments about law enforcement officers, not realizing that I, a police officer, was still present. This behavior not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere but also went against the values of professionalism and respect. Not only did he make derogatory remarks about law enforcement officers, but he also seemed to have a clear issue with providing me the discount I'm consistently offered as a regular customer. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. The regular member of the staff tried to intervene, urging the new employee to honor my discount, but it was clear that this young man had his own biases and prejudices.

Today 3/29 @ 10:30 a.m., I visited the Carney Dunkins & I was wondering what was going on since the shop was packed. I thought you all were giving away free donuts, but no, I discovered this store location has fabulous service! A special special shout out to Kim!!! This Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and the one I’d prefer to use if I could. Over the last few months though they’ve really been going downhill. Almost every order I get from this location is messed up somehow, and I’m on the road and going so I can’t turn back and fix it. Very frustrating.
I stopped to get an iced latte and munchkins with my children. While there, my kids spotted an oriental roach crawling under our table. When I asked the cashier to get the bug she continued to text on her phone instead of getting the insect. I ended up having to grab a napkin and get it myself before it escaped. I was disgusted. The latte and munchkins were good though.

This the best DD in the area by far. The staff is friendly, engaging and always strive to make things right and the customers happy. Even when very busy, when other DDs come to a standstill they are quick getting my order completed.
I drive by 3 other DD’s on my way to this one on my almost daily stop, because they are the best. They know my order before I step up to the register.
