Apparently a bagel with extra cream cheese means cream cheese spread like butter on toast on 1/2. Third time in a row pain extra and getting less. Done

Since Labor Day falls on a Monday this year, my daughter and I visited Dunkin. ❤️ My daughter has a bad habit of trying to put her feet up on the dashboard of my car, which I rebuke vigorously every time. This time she almost knocked the speaker off the interior next to the side view mirror. Needless to say this almost became a problem. In the end, Almond spice coffee to the rescue. This seasonal blend of delicate herbs and spices will soothe even the most cantankerous father. This Dunkin also has a some sort of bug catcher for a full view of which I had to stand on a chair.

First time stopping in this location (don’t live around here). THERE IS ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING. Asked him and confirmed he works alone all day. Making all the drinks, food, etc. How the hell does the owner allow this?
They never have toasted coconut or french cruller donuts. The donuts with filling are barely filled. I bought a 1/2 dozen of the old fashioned Dunkin donut (which no longer has the baked on handle for dunking. The place has an odd smell. It no longer looks, smells, or feels like a donut shop. The Customer Service Staff are mediocre. I will not go back.

Lady working all by herself with a line and mobile orders. She did a great job of handling it all in a timely manner, and the line seemed to be patient and understanding while it moved along. Unusual at Christmas time. Lol Everyone is always in a hurry, including myself. But reading the room, people were very compassionate. Most importantly, coffee was on point! Great job!
