Today, when I went to get coffee and a donut during my break, I asked to use the bathroom. The cleaner refused, saying she would not give me the key, then went inside and hid. I asked another worker as well, but they did the same. I noticed they allowed another person to use it, so I feel I was unfairly treated and discriminated against.

Food- sometimes good sometimes bad. Just depends on who is on shift most times. Some employees will stack your sandwich with bacon and some act like they are allergic to it and put one slice.

Service- morning shift gives horrible service. You can stand in line and it will keep piling up and no one will acknowledge your are standing there for 5 mins. They focus on the drive thru when they only have like 2 cars and just stand around talking to one another. Its a waste of time most times.

Atmosphere- chill , most regulars just sit and have casual conversations. They also greet you better than the staff.

Overall this location has bad staff and bad leadership. Switch some of them out and this store could be better imo

Because of the location they could care less about how they service the customers Until We STOP SPENDING OUR MONEY IN THESE TYPE OF BUSINESS NOTHING WILL CHANGE The Donut taste like it was weeks old ,I ONLY BROUGHT ONE BECAUSE I KNEW BY THE LOCATION IT WAS GOING TO BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, I DO HAVE ENOUGH SENTS TO NEVER RETURN.

I hate being that person but I asked for butter pecan ice cream. I feel like simple instructions shouldn’t be difficult at all. I wasn’t ready to eat my ice cream until I was home & settled. Why do I have peanut butter ice cream? That’s not what I asked for. If you don’t understand simple instructions, this probably isn’t the place for you. I’m truly disappointed, truly when I was very clear with what I wanted smh

Dunkin made it right!
I visit this location quite often and they always make my coffee drinks very well. On a recent Monday they had their doors locked and were only allowing for drive through orders. I ordered ahead on the mobile app using points. When I arrived at the store the drive through line was out to the street and I couldn't access the inside or get in the drive through line. Therefore I couldn't get my order and I had to go to work. I called the store after work and explained. The still had my drink there and told me that I could come the next day and they would make it for me again. I appreciate this bc running a business is not about never making a mistake but also being willing to make it right bc you value your customers. Today I got my free drink and it is sooo yummy :) Thank you Dunkin!
