Omg. Tbis place SUCKS. For starters it's the smallest restaurant I've ever been inside.. no bathrooms, no chairs or tables.. Anyway, my friend treated me Dunkin' Donuts via his app tonight and sends me the screenshot. I ALWAYS get a hard time about that and have to recite the order.. there's always a young girl working in there by herself and certain things I can understand when working alone; However, I came in earlier this evening, Sunday at 7:08pm,(they're open til 8) and the door was locked. She was trying to tell me the store was closed. I had to knock on the glass and mouth "hi! I have an order" 3x just to be let in and told that "She can't give me my breakfast sandwiches because she already cleaned the breakfast station and shut everything down." I was dumbfounded. I insisted I was sorry for the inconvenience but already paid. And she still tried to tell me she couldn't do it. Finally I said. "I'm sorry you're here alone, I really am, but it's already paid for, there's really no way you could please make it?" She then rolled her eyes, let out a long sigh and just walked away.. she then brought me my drinks and what I thought was my entire order. She made the sandwiches but forgot both my hash browns and the bacon on my breakfast sandwich, didn't toast my bagel, and give me 3 munchkins in place of the 2 donuts they didn't have that were you guessed it already paid for. Needless to say, the last 3 times I came here she gave me someone else's drink, etc. I don't always have time to check my bag because I'm usually running trying to make my bus because of how long it took her to make in in the first place. Just disgraceful in every way, honestly. If I could give this location 0 stars for everything, I would.

I walked into the store at 3:50pm was in the store alone for 20 minutes so that's when the Dunkin employee walked into the store and I said to him I've been waiting for 20 minutes and he's going to lie and say he was only gone from the store for 2 minutes which is a lie. I will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint. Anytime you leave the store, you're supposed to lock the doors or at least put up a sign and say that you will be back soon. So after he gave me my drink I walked out of the store soon as I was walking up the street he ran out of the store asking me did I cuss at him mind you there were 2 other customers who came into the store after me and for you to stop what you were doing to ran out of the store to confront me is wild you never supposed to ran after a customer to confront them. You don't know if I had a gun on me or not. That's where you're wrong!!!

There was a good drive to that dunkin, which consisted mostly of green lights. They did an amazing job on the refresher. Side thought: the coffee was very good.
