The store closes at 6pm. I have placed an order at 4:36pm through Dunkin app and reached at 4:40pm to pick up my order. The sign says open but the door is locked and there’s no one inside. I’m not able to cancel the order on the app. And the calls are never attended. Atleast there gotta be a way to cancel my order or reach out to someone.

I placed a mobile order as a treat before an early morning train for 5:15am. Store allegedly opens at 5am but doors were still locked and no one there by pickup time. App automatically cancelled my order, so no money lost, but please update the hours in app, store sign, and google if they are no longer accurate!
