Service is terrible. The manager has a terrible attitude. They gave me a melted frozen drink so I asked them could they make it over and they dump half of it out and added ice. The drink ended up being terrible. The didn’t add my cream cheese that I paid for and gave me a hard bagel. I paid for two strawberry cream cheeses and ended with nothing. They don’t even greet you or acknowledge you until you say something.

Bit into my donut and there was a piece of plastic. No chairs to sit. How do you get plastic in a donut?...worst part is I had a donut from dunkin my boss bought a few years ago and there was a piece of metal in the donut.
I bought it with my card but they did not want to refund it to my card and tried to make me take cash. Horrible customer Service.

Once you make it past the homeless people inside You place your order you ask for a medium frozen French vanilla with whipped cream and cinnamon and sugar You actually get a medium frozen coffee with caramel no whip cream you had to pay an extra $0.10 because she didn't know what whipped cream meant then inside you also have the homeless looking for 51 cents

Picked up an order today and was the only person “black” in this establishment. There were 3/4 women working morning shift. No one said hello, are you here to pick or anything. I waited patiently thinking they were just making my food. They were not busy everyone noticed me but said nothing. A man came in who was also picking up and he was of course not a black person and was asked immediately if he was picking up even though I was standing there already for 5 minutes or so without a peep. I immediately stated I was here first and no one has served or asked if I needed assistance while I stood right at the front counter. Not until after saying that was one lady willing to help me and come to find out the order was already ready. Terrible service came off very racist would not come back.

Everytime I order online and come here, I have to ask whether my food is done or not, because they will sit it aside, whether I’m the only customer in here or not. They will just watch me while they’re huddled up chatting until I bring it to their attention that I haven’t received my food yet
