Ever since I tried this place at this particular location I thought the food was pretty good! The only problem is that sometimes they run out of ingredients or items on their menu (especially before 2pm) and there are issues with their customer service (like finding out when you get home they gave you 3 shrimp tempura instead of 1). I am aware that they are about to permanently close shop at this location so I traveled again for the last time almost 30-40 minutes just to be disappointed again just to find out they still don’t have laska ramen (I’ve never been able to try this dish ever, so why even bother posting it on your website) and no truffle sauce (again), so I said, ‘that’s ok’ and the female who answered the phone just hung up on me. She could have at least apologized on behalf of the business. When you open up your new location, wherever it may be, please make sure you have adequate Ingredients to last until the place closes for the day and hire more friendlier staff. Otherwise your food is great and it’s sad to see you leave!

Ejji ramen was great! They have a small but solid menu, and you have the option between picking a ramen on their menu or building your own. I got their Tonkotsu Porky Ramen with both pork belly and shredded pork. It also came with a soft boiled egg scallions, and I added corn. Overall a great dish. You can opt to dine in and eat within the Belvedere square market, or take it to go. They give you a proper ramen bowl an soup spoon if you get it for dining in. I tried the veggie dumplings as well, but I didn't love them. I wish they had a bit more flavor.

When you close your eyes to drown out the marketplace, the mazeman is a burst of great flavors and textures, the porky tonkotsu is above average, and the roti canai is fluffy and crispy. Consistently great and a uniquely delicious signature pork belly, looking forward to greater expectations. When analyzed through a very critical lens, the broth noodles lack character but the whole bowl is still comforting on a rainy day and something I crave when recovering from sickness.

Oh boy. My recent meal was very disappointing. Ejji has been a somewhat dependable place for a quick meal, and friendly service--sadly, not even close today. We ordered the Miso Corn and the broth was shockingly luke warm, the only hot thing in this bowl of soup were the noodles. When I tried to discretely let the counter staff person know that the broth was luke warm he was surprisingly defensive and said the broth gets cold because of the cold veggies they put in the soup (?!). Meanwhile the par boiled egg swimming in my cold soup was utterly gross. If the soup is intentionally luke warm -- please, WARN PEOPLE.

Hello, Ramen fans! I must say that the Ramen here was very delicious. I got the Tonkotshu Broth BYO and it was awesome. Everything was worth it, from the portion size to the meal quality. Please give them a shot.Vegetarian options: fresh tofu and miso soup for the broth

Belvedere Square was once a bustling avant-garde gourmet place in the neighborhood. This restaurant seems as though it's fallen on hard times. Used to be the premiere spot to get a ramen bowl, but now $20 gets you nothing, and thee broth was not piping hot the miso egg was cold. The chicken was dried out just a all around bad experience. This was probably my last time, sad to say.

The service was good. No issues. The food was just Ok. The Pork Belly and Grilled Chicken are mediocre. The Pork Belly lacks flavor and is a bit chewy. The portion is good though. The ramen was good and I love that it has a lot of noodles but then, the broth is a bit salty for me. This time, I would just give them four stars because I can see they can improve their dish more.

Unfortunately I do feel that the ramen is under flavored and missing that umami that ramen should have. Each of the parts were not extra ordinary and I feel that within the food hall - there are other options that would better fill your needs The service was standard for ramen places so again. Just not bad.
