Phenomenal food, a true gem of Baltimore. I wish they would open a spot closer to the downtown area (or open orders up for delivery more often) but this place is amazing. I waited 35 min longer than expected for my to-go order and I couldn’t even be mad because the food was so good! It well-deserves the attention and love it gets.

i was there on halloween and the staff were in great spirits. comped my food for bringing stickers and candy. i love businesses that take care of their communities and we need more like them.
First time trying Ekiben due to being a furloughed federal worker. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is just as great! The flavors in itself are so different and delicious. Thank you so much for giving back to the community.

Very small restaurant! but managed to get a seat for 4 of us. Ordered the tofu brah bowl, which was a massive potion! Tofu and sauce was nice but there was wayyy to much cilantro for my taste, it overpowered everything. That really tainted the whole meal for me. Also ordered the tempura broccoli, this was also a little bit of a let down as it was quite soggy and not much batter. Plus side, we ordered the tofu nuggets plain for my little girl and she devoured them! Others in the party had bird buns which they enjoyed but weren't as good as the reviews make them out to be. Maybe we went in expecting too much after seeing all the brilliant reviews. Overall was a nice meal, wouldn't go there again in a hurry.
