Great late night option on the Avenue. The portion is massive, and the flavors are great. A little too fried for my taste, but as an occasional treat it’s perfect!

Yes, yes, and yes! Ekiben is fire! Well seasoned, flavorful, facilities are clean. The ONLY thing I could complain about would be finding a parking space, with the exception of the Hampden location. Fells Point and Sobo is like finding the hey in the needle stack. If you’re in Baltimore even if you’re just passing by, please go to Ekiben.

One of the best pieces of fried
chicken I’ve had. Unreal spicy mayo and tender chicken. Great tempura broccoli too. Extremely friendly staff and environment

I came here for the first time with my sister and our friend and I was very impressed. The food was warm and tasty and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to visit again.

Had Tempura Broccoli, Tofu Brah Bun and Garlic Chilli Oil noodles. Food was tasty. Portions were good. Friedly staff and quite accommodative. Loved it. Will visit again.

Food was STELLAR. It was pretty busy when we went, so it was insanely crowded and loud. The place is already very small, so it was too overwhelming to stay inside and wait. But for the food, this is definitely a place to visit!

Not quite my cup of tea. If you like sweet sauce over everything. And everything tastes the same because of it.

I really love ekiben but today I ordered a spicy chicken bowl and the chicken is almost raw. There's no way to call the restaurant or get a refund unless I go in person.

The biggest shrimp I'd ever gotten in a meal. Pretty sweet and tangy, rice cooked to my liking and plenty of pickles veggies on the side to enjoy as well!! Went for my birthday and had a blast :p

Atmosphere is good for small parties or those willing to stand and socialize. Not a optimal place to sit and eat. Mostly standing room only around meal times. Cashier was very friendly and loaded me up with delicious tempura broccoli and advised me to try the spicy chicken bun.

This is a fantastic chicken spot serving fried chicken over rice with an asian twist. Their signature dish includes sauce, pickled onions, cucumbers, carrots, and cilantro. I'm glad this place is so close to Hopkins. Though the entrees are somewhat expensive, the portion sizes are huge. One box is equivalent to I'd say 1.5 meals, so it's somewhat justified. They're somewhat hidden (the entrance is facing the alleyway), and have limited seating indoors.
